"We have been home a little over a week and can't wait to return to the Paradise Beach Home. It is paradise! We have stayed at various condos up and down Manasota Key, but staying in a house was a wonderful change. We arrived at the home in the early evening and were greeted with a beautiful bouquet of flowers and some lovely snacks. After traveling all day, it was a nice surprise. It was great to find a well equipped kitchen with spices (I love to cook) pots and pans, dishes, etc. The wrap around lanai is where we spent a great deal of our time. It was wonderful to sit and have coffee in the morning and dinner at night. We didn't spend much time on the deck as the sun was blazing and there is no shade, but in the cooler months, this would be the place to be! The view is amazing. We saw dolphins almost every day and saw manatees twice, I only wished we could have seen some of the turtles hatch. Maybe next time! Overall, it was the most peaceful and comfortable piece of Old Florida that anyone could ask for."Guest: cm Date of Stay: August 2014 Review Submitted: September 16, 2014View listing
"Our family vacation was so much more than expected. We arrived to find a luxurious condo right on the beach, tastefully decorated and super clean! The master bedroom was massive and the master bathroom was fit for royalty! The beach was very private, with lots of goodies in the storage unit to use, chairs, umbrella, sand toys, even a cart to haul things so you won't have to carry them. We only used it once since we were right on the beach. Don't miss taking a boat ride with the locals...we used Lemon Bay tours. Captain Bruce LaMotte was very personable. Wish we had taken the day tour earlier in our stay, we would have loved the sunset tour but didn't have time to take it. Saw dolphins, bald eagles, and heard lots of local history. Thanks Captain Bruce! Visited Stump Pass our last day. Go early in your visit..you might want to visit more than once! There are several beautiful beaches in the area to visit and many local restaurants to dine and enjoy fresh seafood. Don't forget your camera! The sunsets are so incredibly beautiful!! I found myself getting up several times during the night to look at the moonlight over the ocean, glistening so bright! Management for this condo were easy to work with, and we received our deposit back in a timely manner. Thanks! We will be back!!! If there was any downfall to this condo, it was the size of the twin beds in the third bedroom. For kids it would be fine, but for normal to tall adults they will not be comfortable for a weeks stay. I encourage the owner to put a queen/king bed in this room to make this the most spectacular condo in Manasota Key!!"Guest: Burton's Date of Stay: October 2013 Review Submitted: November 13, 2013View listing
"Love this place. Great view, away from the hustle and bustle. Quiet beach where you hardly see anyone. Been staying here for a few years and hope we get to stay for many more. If someone had a bad stay you must be spoiled. You could stay somewhere nicer but so is the guy on the other side of the wall in the next room. Picked up shark teeth and shells everyday and watched one of the prettiest sunset you could ask for. Thanks Jim for a great vacation."Guest: Donnie and Lindasue Date of Stay: May 2014 Review Submitted: June 30, 2014View listing
"We had a wonderful vacation at this beach home. The home is beautifully furnished and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the lanai and pool. It was a short walk one direction to a dock on Lemon Bay and a short walk the other direction to the Gulf, where we watched the sunset each evening. We rented bicycles for the week, and it was a quick ride to the public beaches and restaurants on the key. We walked beaches, rode bicycles, kayaked, ate great food, and relaxed in this beautiful home. The owners and caretakers provided helpful information and directions, and we were treated to delicious key lime pie from the caretakers. We recommend this property, and we will be back!"Guest: Jen and Mike Date of Stay: May 2014 Review Submitted: June 8, 2014View listing
