"My extended family and I stayed at this property for 5 days in early January. It was absolutely perfect for our needs!!! Our group was comprised of my parents (in their 60s), my brothers, myself and our significant others (in our 20s-30s) and two grandchildren (both below 2). Everyone had an absolutely amazing time! The house is well maintained, has everything you will need for a home away from home and is also wonderfully located. I also found the owner and her brother Jay very responsive and easy to communicate with! We can't wait to come back again next year!!!"

"The choice to rent a home for vacation as opposed to a hotel was the best decision I ever made. The home was lovely with everything you could possibly need provided for you. A well stocked kitchen, a wonderful pool with floats and pool toys. Rolling coolers, umbrellas, beach chairs and beach toys located in the garage. The location is very close to two beautiful beaches, South Marco and Tigertail. There were 4 people in our party and there was plenty to please each of us. Two in the party wanted a more laid back vacation and enjoyed sleeping in, lounging by the pool in the afternoons and enjoying the various local happy hours and restaurants. Myself and the fourth guest were more adventurous and enjoyed many different excursions, our first being a day trip to Key Largo and Islamorada. During the drive to the Keys, as we passed through the Everglades on the Tamiami Trail, we stopped at Oasis Visitor Center's observation deck and saw close to 25 alligators swimming in the canal or sunning on the banks. On our trip home that night we stopped again along the Tamiami in a little pub's dirt parking lot to stretch our legs where, to our excitement, a large black bear sauntered across the parking lot less than 100 ft. away from us. We spent a day at beautiful Delnor Wiggins Pass Beach, took a sightseeing cruise with Pure Naples along the Gordon River, and enjoyed a hike (guided by a friend who moved to Naples 13 yrs ago) through the Crew Bird Rookery Trails where we saw a mother alligator with 25 or so baby alligators. In the evenings after exploring and sightseeing we would arrive back to the house to relax by the pool and grill steaks, chicken and burgers on the gas grill provided or venture out to lovely CJ's on the Bay for dinner and drinks. I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed the home and the conveniences it provided. The only complaint that I can possibly make is that one week was not enough! Next year I hope to spend two weeks there."

"Enjoyed our stay in this 19th floor oceanfront condo overlooking a white sand beach, viewing lovely sunsets, and listening to the waves. The Royal Seafarer is well a well maintained and newly renovated building. We enjoyed and made use of the pool, tennis courts and fitness room. The newly renovated kitchen and bathroom are tastefully done and the large walk-in shower is a positive addition. Wi-Fi and other upgrades are also available in this unit.
It was a pleasure working with the owners who are both professional and conscientious, and concerned with your overall satisfaction. We are returning next January."

"The house was perfect. Clean and convenient. We went to Everglades City for airboat ride. Enjoyed that a lot. Only complain I would have would be with the fact that you can only go to public beach. We went up to Naples a couple of days."
