"My wife & I really enjoyed our stay at the condo. My wife really enjoyed the shells that she found on the beach - there were millions!! The condo is a bit dated but very comfortable for a couple. The premises are very quiet, clean & well maintained with friendly management. The beach is very close & the swimming is excellent with a very sandy bottom. The condo had everything we needed including beach chairs & towels. The owners were very prompt to answer my questions & a problem with the WIFI was straightened out. We loved Marco Island and this condo. Would we come back? YES!!"

"We stayed a week in this condo. It was great!!! Being on the 8th floor gave us an excellent view of the beach and ocean. We spent many hours on the balcony relaxing with cocktails. The unit was very clean and efficiently equipped. The owner even left us a pound of my wife's favorite coffee, Duncan Donuts brand. Would definitely recommend this unit to everyone."

"This was our first time visiting Marco Island and we did our research as to pick the best place to stay. I have to say that this condo was the best place to stay! The place was big, clean, and comfortable. We had 4 adults and 3 kids and there was plenty of room for everyone. They had everything we needed for the most part (had to buy toilet paper, as there was only one roll when we got there) but we went to the store for food and things so it was no biggie (we actually used some of the unused rolls of tp to wrap our shells in for travel home!) The beach is, like most reviews will tell you, ALL shell! You can find some pure sand in spots, but it is mostly shell. We found so many, we couldnt even handle all the shells we were finding. A few properties down the beach (we walked down to go parasailing) have pure sand, so if you need that you can always walk for it. We saw dophins from the beach, two were even chasing a fish it was cute. We saw a huge stingray jump out of the water, which was cool. There was a little one by the beach right by our feet, but it just swam off. Sand dollars, starfish, snails and crabs are all just about 15 ft from the beach - we loved it! The restaurant in the building is ok, it was pretty expensive so we only ate there once. Several places to eat around the island, but all are going to cost more than average. We went to the everaglades and did an airboat tour - probably our favorite thing! We also went deep sea fishing and shelling. I do have to say, if you stay here, you may not want to waste your money on a shelling trip, cause although its cool to take a boat to a deserted island, all the shells you find out there are right here on your beach! We didnt find anything different out there. But a fun boat ride. My family will definitly be back, and when we do, we will book this condo for sure - best one in the building."
