  • Terrific Home!

"We recently stayed in this home on Marco Island. This was our fourth time visiting the area, and this was the best house we have stayed in. The house was spotless and had everything we could possibly need for our stay. It is a very close walk to the beach access, which was very convenient for us. The heated pool was great and the kids enjoyed swimming at night. We did not eat one meal inside the house, but instead ate overlooking the water each day from the lanai. We were able to visit the Everglades twice and spent a day hiking in the state park as well. The check in was super easy using the key pad. This was great for us since we got in very late at night and did not want to have to drive to a rental agency to pick up the key. We are already looking forward to our next stay!"

  • Rent and Relax !!!

"We stayed a relaxing warm week in a well-appointed clean house located near everything. The kids loved the heated pool and being able to watch rented DVDs on the surround sound at night after sunsets. Grilled steak n shrimp, cold drinks, the pool, the beach, the sun, the bikes, and even the fresh donuts (key lime was a big hit) from the local 7-11 made this a great trip. The owner was FANTASTIC to work with -even on short notice- and with any questions we had once there. We will rent this again - if available. Shhhhh!!"

  • You won't be disappointed. :)

"Our family spent a wonderful week here in October. Plenty to do and see in the area if that is your thing. My favorite part was just relaxing with my family in this very nice, spacious, comfortable, well appointed home. We fished off the deck with the poles from the garage (easy catch and you can buy bait shrimp at the Publix) , swam in the heated pool daily, cooked most of our meals in the modern kitchen and on the large, gas grill, rode bikes, watched the sunsets (even from the lanai they were amazing), visited the beautiful, white sand beaches of Marco and Keewaydin Islands...Both were full of shells, rented a boat to cruise around the islands, saw dolphins and many cool species of birds, and played games supplied by the homeowners. The home provided most anything you would need. Very laid back, stress free, vacation with the family! P. S. Don't forget to visit Naples too. There are many shops, great restaurants, a Pier and easy quick access to the Naples beach by car. There are parking meters at several roads ending at beach accesses. (25 cents for every 15 minutes). Cheap sunset views and not over crowed. Can't wait to return!!"

  • Super House

"My wife and I stayed for 6 weeks over Christmas and New Year and were very sad to return home. The house is very spacious, furnished well in a comfortable, modern style and was spotless. The lanai is a great space and most of our meals were eaten outside even on Christmas Day! The pool seemed a little small but constrained by available space, so is narrow but long enough and deep enough for swimming. Access was easy for my wife, who has limited mobility. The house is well equipped in the kitchen, has plenty of bedding and towels, an excellent barbeque, and good HD TVs with digital recording capability. The house is central in Marco, handy to walk to the main shopping plaza and excellent farmers' market (every Wednesday). Though situated on a main road, the traffic noise was not obtrusive. The patio at the rear is quite private and not overlooked, though there are other houses backing on to the canal. Marco is a very quiet area, with quite strict noise regulations so if you have children, they will need a volume control! Great for us though. We found the rates for this house competitive against others in the region, particularly as tax and pool heating was included. Marco Island is a great holiday destination for house renters. Although it is completely developed, it is quiet with relatively low traffic levels, so getting to the many restaurants and shops is easy. Access to the super beach is restricted to a couple of access points (with $8 per day parking) and, with hindsight, we should have paid the $140 fee for a permit for the Residents' Beach (available with photo ID to anyone staying more than 1 month). However, Marco is also a great centre for boat trips (or rent your own), to visit wild life in the Everglades, shops, restaurants and beaches at Naples and Sanibel Island, and we even made a couple of trips up to Sarasota where the Ringling Museum was a must-see. Overall, we had a super time and happily recommend it."
