Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood
"My wife and I stayed a week in this beautiful home. The home is comfortable and well laid out. The master bed and bath are located on the opposite end of the house from the other bedrooms. This is a great set up for parents with children. The beds are so comfortable you may have a difficult time getting out. The beach is 1/4 to 1/3 away, so it is within walking distance. The wife loved the neighborhood to walk in. The kitchen is laid out nicely to cook in. The grill on the lanai works well. The furniture in the living room is oversized and invites you to relax. There are enough pots, pans, dishes, and utensils to feed a large family. Having two refrigerators is nice should you are staying a long time. The home is quiet and calming. Suffering from a disability I found the house easy to walk through.
The garage has beach carts, beach umbrellas, and chairs for your enjoyment.
The owners/managers of the home are cordial and easy to deal with. It is nice to deal with people who open their home for other people to enjoy as they would. I think the nicest thing to say is thank you for opening your hone to my wife and I. Thank you for your hospitality."

"My wife and I have never been to Marco Island. We didn't have high expectations for the island or the house, we were just looking forward to 2 weeks of relaxation and to escape the cold. Marco Island was great and so was the house! We like to travel and don't like to go back to the same places because there are so many places we haven't been. Put it this way, we plan on going back to Marco Island and staying in the exact house within the next year again. It was that great of an experience. We rode the bikes that were furnished(free) everywhere and just had the best time enjoying putt putt, golf, going to the movies, nice dinners you name it!"

"The choice to rent a home for vacation as opposed to a hotel was the best decision I ever made. The home was lovely with everything you could possibly need provided for you. A well stocked kitchen, a wonderful pool with floats and pool toys. Rolling coolers, umbrellas, beach chairs and beach toys located in the garage. The location is very close to two beautiful beaches, South Marco and Tigertail. There were 4 people in our party and there was plenty to please each of us. Two in the party wanted a more laid back vacation and enjoyed sleeping in, lounging by the pool in the afternoons and enjoying the various local happy hours and restaurants. Myself and the fourth guest were more adventurous and enjoyed many different excursions, our first being a day trip to Key Largo and Islamorada. During the drive to the Keys, as we passed through the Everglades on the Tamiami Trail, we stopped at Oasis Visitor Center's observation deck and saw close to 25 alligators swimming in the canal or sunning on the banks. On our trip home that night we stopped again along the Tamiami in a little pub's dirt parking lot to stretch our legs where, to our excitement, a large black bear sauntered across the parking lot less than 100 ft. away from us. We spent a day at beautiful Delnor Wiggins Pass Beach, took a sightseeing cruise with Pure Naples along the Gordon River, and enjoyed a hike (guided by a friend who moved to Naples 13 yrs ago) through the Crew Bird Rookery Trails where we saw a mother alligator with 25 or so baby alligators. In the evenings after exploring and sightseeing we would arrive back to the house to relax by the pool and grill steaks, chicken and burgers on the gas grill provided or venture out to lovely CJ's on the Bay for dinner and drinks. I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed the home and the conveniences it provided. The only complaint that I can possibly make is that one week was not enough! Next year I hope to spend two weeks there."

Beautiful home in Gorgeous Area, Owner made everything so comfortable for us, for sure a 5 star home
"Fabulous Home in a Great Location, very private, not in a high traffic area.
We loved the entire home, having been totally remodeled the Kitchen is beautiful all new cupboards and beautiful granite counters, tile floors, easy to take care of. I could work in the kitchen and be able to see and be in conversation with all in the great room and people sitting at the nice bar stools all around the counter, and of course the big round table in dining area. Master Bedroom newly carpeted with very comfortable King bed and plenty of drawer space, also had a big walk in closet, off the new bath. The guest side of the home with 4 carpeted newly decorated bedrooms and new baths, one entering onto the beautiful lanai..
The Lanai is the Gem of this home. It is screened across the entire length of the home, where we spent most of our time, with plenty of comfortable chairs and TV and tables and chairs to have a nice group, stepping down on either side of lanai to Pool and Jacuzzi, with more seating area and many chaise lounges. Then out the screen doors to grass and nice dock, My husband would fish and relax there.
Being Snow Birds so beautiful to have Gorgeous flowers blooming all around the home. Yes ,Yes we want to come back."
