"This apartment has it all. Everything you could possibly need is in the unit. Great views. Great location on the beach. The condo building next door has a good restaurant. Friendly staff who even printed our boarding passes for us. The apartment is just the right size. Will stay here again the next time we visit Marco. Very clean."

"Our family stayed the week of Thanksgiving 2014 and the home is as advertised. Extremely close to the beach access, which on Marco Beach, there are not many public access areas. It is a 5 minute or less walk to the sand itself or a 30 second bike ride. The home is very clean and spacious. There are quite a few beach necessities in the garage for use. The pool area is fantastic. Very nice patio furniture. The pool size is big compared to most Florida vacation home pools. We ate Turkey Dinner poolside and was a blast! Our family of five loved the place!
Only suggestion we have is the family and living room furniture arrangement needs improved/additional TV up front."

"This was our first time visiting Marco Island and we did our research as to pick the best place to stay. I have to say that this condo was the best place to stay! The place was big, clean, and comfortable. We had 4 adults and 3 kids and there was plenty of room for everyone. They had everything we needed for the most part (had to buy toilet paper, as there was only one roll when we got there) but we went to the store for food and things so it was no biggie (we actually used some of the unused rolls of tp to wrap our shells in for travel home!) The beach is, like most reviews will tell you, ALL shell! You can find some pure sand in spots, but it is mostly shell. We found so many, we couldnt even handle all the shells we were finding. A few properties down the beach (we walked down to go parasailing) have pure sand, so if you need that you can always walk for it. We saw dophins from the beach, two were even chasing a fish it was cute. We saw a huge stingray jump out of the water, which was cool. There was a little one by the beach right by our feet, but it just swam off. Sand dollars, starfish, snails and crabs are all just about 15 ft from the beach - we loved it! The restaurant in the building is ok, it was pretty expensive so we only ate there once. Several places to eat around the island, but all are going to cost more than average. We went to the everaglades and did an airboat tour - probably our favorite thing! We also went deep sea fishing and shelling. I do have to say, if you stay here, you may not want to waste your money on a shelling trip, cause although its cool to take a boat to a deserted island, all the shells you find out there are right here on your beach! We didnt find anything different out there. But a fun boat ride. My family will definitly be back, and when we do, we will book this condo for sure - best one in the building."

"This condo is just beautiful. It has very high end furnishings and amenities, yet felt like home. Everything that you need to enjoy a day at the beach is there, towels, beach chairs, umbrellas...etc. The beach is huge, so even though we were there during high season, it never felt crowded. We will definitely be back."
