  • Fantastic location, exceptionally well stocked, and EXTREMELY CLEAN

"We cannot wait to return to this condo. The pictures do not do the property justice. We are veterans of renting from VRBO and we have never been in such an impeccably cared for home- it literally looked brand new. Everything was extremely clean and well-cared for. There were plenty of towels/dishes/appliances/etc to really make us feel at home. The walk to Marco Island's south beach was very close. The views from the large lanai were wonderful. We had the pool to ourselves on the few days that we skipped the beach. The owners were extremely attentive and provided the perfect location for our beach vacation. Having 3 en-suite bedrooms was super handy when we all tried to get ready and out the door at the same time. Having the bikes and beach chairs/beach cart was also a huge plus. Thanks to Andre and Susan for a wonderful experience. We are surprised there are not more glowing reviews, but we assume people are trying to keep this gem a secret. We visited many places on the island, but NachoMamas, Bebe's Ice Cream and Empire Bagels were the ones we would recommend to others. We were also able to visit the last Farmer's market for the season and that was awesome as well, fruit and vegetable stands along with bakeries and other food vendors- great selection and good quality produce. Finally, the trip to TigerTail Beach on the other end of the island did not disappoint. Wonderful trip for shelling, bird watching, and just getting away from your typical beach scene. Can't wait to plan our next trip."

  • Great Get Away Week

"Jill and I enjoyed a relaxing week in this beautiful ocean front and swimming pool community. Unit was very clean, great balcony view, and landlord/owner, Bruce, was immediately responsive to the small items that we phoned to him. Many great restuarants in Marco Island and in nearby Naples."

  • A little bit of Heaven on Earth!

"We had not been on vacation for a couple of years but in the past we rented homes in various parts of Florida. This one, bar far, was the best home rental and location of them all! Firstly, the owners are accommodating, excellent to work with and have wonderful communication throughout the entire process. HUGE thank you to Jane and Richard for everything!!! Now the home. Pictures do not do this beautiful home justice. When we walked in we were totally surprised by how nicely kept, clean, and beautiful it really was. Everything you would ever need is there for you - cooking items, bicycles, towels, beach chairs, coolers.....everything! We needed nothing, and probably cold have come with a lot less than we did. (Other rentals tell you they have everything but we wound up buying pots, pans, and utensils - but not here!). Being the home is directly on a canal, with a pool was immediate relaxation! It's a very quiet area this time of year. The pool was very clean and refreshing. The home is located just a tad over a mile to the beach, so we rode bikes up there, locked them at the bike rack, and walked to and on the beach. Shelling is really good. The beach is a bit shelly so we wore those water shoes while walking on the beach. It didn't hinder our fun at all! And we walked at least 2 miles every single day. We did visit Tigertail beach and South beach, but the public access right near the house was much nicer! Tigertail is good if you want to explore wildlife. Wasn't a fan of wading across the lagoon/lake to get to the beach however. Marco Island itself is like another world. Once we drove over the bridge we felt like we had landed in paradise! It's a very clean island and people are friendly. We didn't eat out, as we would rather save the money so we could stay extra days, which we did. There are a lot of nice restaurants so take a look in all the brochures the owners leave for you and I'm sure you will find anything and everything. For a small island, it has a lot to offer. We were kind of amazed at that. We are thrilled we stayed the amount of time we did, and hope to come back to visit soon....or better yet, maybe move there. It had everything we wanted and then some. This was the best vacation home rental ever."

  • Kick back, Doug and Kathy K., Rome WI

"Kick back and enjoy all the advantages of Peach Court. We rented around grand kids spring breaks. This is the perfect house for your get-away for 3 generations or more. Or good friends. From the welcome of the orange tree in the front yard, to the great pool in the lanai; everything is perfect for this property. We've rented many properties on Marco Island. This is the first one to have everything as advertised. I brought my own grilling tools. I didn't need them. The grill is great for finishing the fresh fish we caught in the Gulf that afternoon. The kitchen is very well planned and stocked. We had a hiccup during our stay, but John and Jim were very responsive. I wish I had brought my boat to take advantage of the lift. BUT, all beds, in all 3 bedrooms , got reviews (from our daughters), as the most comfortable we have ever slept on. ( We wish we had noted manufacturer). Very close to Walgreens and Publix for all your needs. Red Rooster for breakfast and a Japanese Steak House within walking distance. Chain fast food within .6 of mile. The pool/lanai are almost as great as the sunsets we enjoyed during our stay. If you are lucky enough, you'll see the dolphin we watched next to the dock."
