"Our family enjoyed this home for two weeks, the pool and surrounding area was well maintained and clean. The management company was easy to reach and very responsive to our needs. The walk to the beach takes about 8 minutes, walking to restaurants and shopping is about 5 minutes away. We did not use the bikes as each one had at least one flat tire, but with being so close to everything that really didn't matter. Overall a nice house."Guest: Colorado snowbirds Date of Stay: November 2013 Review Submitted: December 9, 2013View listing
"We had a wonderful time at this home; it was perfect for 2 families. We enjoyed swimming in the pool and sitting on the dock watching the dolphins in the morning. House was clean, in quiet neighbor and convenient to local beaches and restaurants (driving distance). Our family definitely will visit again."Guest: tkb Date of Stay: March 2014 Review Submitted: May 8, 2014View listing
"Jill and I enjoyed a relaxing week in this beautiful ocean front and swimming pool community. Unit was very clean, great balcony view, and landlord/owner, Bruce, was immediately responsive to the small items that we phoned to him. Many great restuarants in Marco Island and in nearby Naples."Guest: Anonymous Date of Stay: May 2014 Review Submitted: May 28, 2014View listing
"We had not been on vacation for a couple of years but in the past we rented homes in various parts of Florida. This one, bar far, was the best home rental and location of them all! Firstly, the owners are accommodating, excellent to work with and have wonderful communication throughout the entire process. HUGE thank you to Jane and Richard for everything!!! Now the home. Pictures do not do this beautiful home justice. When we walked in we were totally surprised by how nicely kept, clean, and beautiful it really was. Everything you would ever need is there for you - cooking items, bicycles, towels, beach chairs, coolers.....everything! We needed nothing, and probably cold have come with a lot less than we did. (Other rentals tell you they have everything but we wound up buying pots, pans, and utensils - but not here!). Being the home is directly on a canal, with a pool was immediate relaxation! It's a very quiet area this time of year. The pool was very clean and refreshing. The home is located just a tad over a mile to the beach, so we rode bikes up there, locked them at the bike rack, and walked to and on the beach. Shelling is really good. The beach is a bit shelly so we wore those water shoes while walking on the beach. It didn't hinder our fun at all! And we walked at least 2 miles every single day. We did visit Tigertail beach and South beach, but the public access right near the house was much nicer! Tigertail is good if you want to explore wildlife. Wasn't a fan of wading across the lagoon/lake to get to the beach however. Marco Island itself is like another world. Once we drove over the bridge we felt like we had landed in paradise! It's a very clean island and people are friendly. We didn't eat out, as we would rather save the money so we could stay extra days, which we did. There are a lot of nice restaurants so take a look in all the brochures the owners leave for you and I'm sure you will find anything and everything. For a small island, it has a lot to offer. We were kind of amazed at that. We are thrilled we stayed the amount of time we did, and hope to come back to visit soon....or better yet, maybe move there. It had everything we wanted and then some. This was the best vacation home rental ever."Guest: Robin Date of Stay: August 2014 Review Submitted: September 11, 2014View listing
