"We had a wonderful time at this home; it was perfect for 2 families. We enjoyed swimming in the pool and sitting on the dock watching the dolphins in the morning. House was clean, in quiet neighbor and convenient to local beaches and restaurants (driving distance). Our family definitely will visit again."Guest: tkb Date of Stay: March 2014 Review Submitted: May 8, 2014View listing
"We LOVED this house! All the comforts of home! Pool and spa are beautiful and clean. Short walk to one of the only public beach access points on Marco. Large kitchen, comfortable beds, spacious master bath, and a TV in each bedroom. My family really appreciated the extra touches that make renting comfortable like the bicycles, the playing cards and poker chips, the handful of puzzles and movies. Our kids are older (18 and 22), but this is a perfect spot for a young family as well. The 4 bedrooms and 2 baths are physically divided by the living space making it nice for two families to share. We found folks in the neighborhood and throughout Marco to be friendly. I recommend this property and Marco Island as a wonderful winter getaway."Guest: Melissa Date of Stay: December 2013 Review Submitted: January 3, 2014View listing
"Kick back and enjoy all the advantages of Peach Court. We rented around grand kids spring breaks. This is the perfect house for your get-away for 3 generations or more. Or good friends. From the welcome of the orange tree in the front yard, to the great pool in the lanai; everything is perfect for this property. We've rented many properties on Marco Island. This is the first one to have everything as advertised. I brought my own grilling tools. I didn't need them. The grill is great for finishing the fresh fish we caught in the Gulf that afternoon. The kitchen is very well planned and stocked. We had a hiccup during our stay, but John and Jim were very responsive. I wish I had brought my boat to take advantage of the lift. BUT, all beds, in all 3 bedrooms , got reviews (from our daughters), as the most comfortable we have ever slept on. ( We wish we had noted manufacturer). Very close to Walgreens and Publix for all your needs. Red Rooster for breakfast and a Japanese Steak House within walking distance. Chain fast food within .6 of mile. The pool/lanai are almost as great as the sunsets we enjoyed during our stay. If you are lucky enough, you'll see the dolphin we watched next to the dock."Guest: Doug Date of Stay: March 2014 Review Submitted: April 16, 2014View listing
"This was our first time in Marco Island. We spent a month there so that family members could join us throughout our vacation and we hope to go back to this house next year. Everything is exactly as depicted in the pictures though I do not think those pictures did justice to the pool and to the setting both of which were outstanding. The sunrises from this house are amazing, every day we got up to see them. The pool is such an asset on a vacation and this pool had everything, it was big, it had fountains, a view of the river, privacy and plenty of pool toys. The house was very clean, well maintained, very family friendly in that we could spend a lot of time outside and when inside the family room and kitchen were condusive to being able to informally gather and relax. We had a minor issue in that we did not have access to the garage for the first few days to get beach chairs but that was resolved quickly. We had only one other very minor thing and the owner took care of that immediately. The owner had people come every few days to take care of the grounds and the pool, he provided a cleaning service during the month which we appreciated and that woman did an excellent job. The owner left a lot of information at the house about Marco Island and that was helpful. The beach is a short drive but there is plenty of parking at the beach. We went to some very good restaurants in the area. We had 2 small children with us and there is a lot to do on Marco Island including a great children's park and the library. The location of the house is right over the bridge so getting to Naples is easy though we tended to spend most of our time on Marco Island. I would recommend this property to others."Guest: Clare Date of Stay: June 2014 Review Submitted: August 8, 2014View listing
