"David & Judy Bishop are the perfect hosts, we have been going to Naples for years and this was our best experience by far. Their attention to detail is unsurpassed, if you are looking for a rental in Old Naples this is the place. We are counting the days until next year."

"Our family of three had a wonderful vacation in this well equipped condo. It is located on a beautiful marina, has a lovely pool and grilling area and is a 5-10 minute walk to Fifth Avenue and the all the outdoor restaurants. The Fifth Avenue Coffee shop is wonderful. The beach is absolutely beautiful so it was great to have use of the beach chairs and umbrellas as well as towels-items often not provided. There were 2 bikes for our use as well. The condo is spacious, the beds comfortable and the owner was responsive and friendly."

"We have been vacationing in Naples for a month each winter for the past 9 years. This was our first time at Elaine and Charlie’s 5th Avenue condo and is not our last. The location on 5th is perfect for walking
to and enjoying all that Olde Naples as to offer: The Sugden Theater, Cambier Park (which hosts free concerts weekly), and so many wonderful restaurants and shops. The one block walk to the beach could not have been easier to come and go during the day to enjoy all that the Gulf has to offer. The condo had everything for our one-month stay including a washer and dryer and fully stocked kitchen. Having the lovely courtyard and pool only added to our total enjoyment. But, the best was that Elaine and Charlie were so easy to work
with and that made our stay even more enjoyable. We look forward to returning in 2016 and highly recommend
this perfect condo and location to all."

"This cottage was tastefully restored and utterly charming. It was unusual to find a rental cottage furnished to such a high standard – beautiful sinks and fixtures in keeping with the cottage period. At the same time, it had all the modern conveniences: wifi, incredibly comfortable memory foam beds, Apple television (I didn’t even know what that was, but one of our party from Germany was excited to be able to watch a couple episodes of the latest season of House of Cards not yet available in Germany), a Keurig coffee maker with a reusable K cup so you could make a good cup of coffee with your own coffee, a wonderful shower. The “vintage” kitchen was well stocked with all the kitchenware you would need to cook. Everything was spotless. The outdoor area is beautifully landscaped as well, with a delightful outdoor “kitchen” which I wish we had time to use.
I loved getting up early to listen to the birds in the garden, and I loved all the old bird prints throughout the house. With a bookshelf of books and beautiful old prints throughout, the cottage had real personality and was a far cry from the bland condos that are more typically available to rent in the area. It reminded me of a little Cape Cod cottage (is the owner from Massachusetts?) similar to one in our family, but much more beautifully restored! This was a real find!
If you want a condo right on the beach or with a swimming pool, or you want to be right downtown, this would not be the place for you, but if you are looking for a charming and tranquil cottage to enjoy in close proximity to all that Naples has to offer, this could be perfect. We were unfortunately here for only a few days and so didn’t get to see a great deal of Naples, but found the cottage to be a great base for a quick exploration of the Everglades, which was very beautiful!
Tom was very responsive to our queries about booking, inquired after us to make sure we checked in OK, and booking and check-in was seamless. All in all, a wonderful experience. Wished we could have stayed longer."
