  • Amazing

"This was our fifth vacation in Naples and forth time in a rental property, and this was by far the best. The peaceful location by the creek is superb but still close enough to downtown Naples. The apartment is very clean and as everything you need to enjoy your vacation. Kate, the owner is very welcoming and helpful. There are numerous activities you can do. My husband loved fishing from the dock and managed to catch 9 decent fish, including a couple of Catfish, Sheephead and a nice yellow one even though he had never really fished before. We absolutely loved it here and cannot wait to go back next year."

  • Fantastic condo with 5 Star Resort amenities!

"First let me say that this is one of the nicest overall vacation resorts we have stayed anywhere in Florida and even the United States. From a value perspective it is right at the top. This spacious 3 bedroom "cottage" is a first class condominium with resort amenities such as several swimming pools, a state-of- the art fitness center, a spa with massage therapy, etc, tennis courts and good quality food and beverages served poolside. For evening dining there is a Bonefish Grill next door at their sister property located on the marina. This particular condo unit (J 103) is the largest floor plan in the cottages with over 1,900 square feet and includes a lovely screened lanai along with 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, and a washer and dryer located in the condo. Our 2 children loved the lazy river pool, and we enjoyed the quieter adults-only pool, but also took advantage of the cabanas while watching our kids swim and have fun. The resort is only one mile (walkable) to the restaurants and shops in Old Naples, which was great, and a free Resort shuttle bus will take you to the beach 2 miles away and pick you up on call. I can't think of any amenities in the condo or overall Resort that have been overlooked--clean and luxurious accommodations along with plenty of fun and relaxing things to do right on the property. We will definitely return again soon!"

  • Great vacation

"My family enjoys visiting Naples. Usually we would stay in the hotel but this time we've decided to rent a condo. My concern was that because we wanted to stay close to the park and Fifth avenue we wouldn't be able to afford anything roomy and comfortable. I was wrong! This condo had everything we needed. It is huge and has 2 bedrooms that give you privacy if you are traveling with extended family. Multiple areas to rest in the condo without getting in each other's way. TV in bedrooms a bit old fashion but we did not come to Naples to watch TV. Plus we had nice flat screen TV in the living room to watch soccer and Wifi for our daughter to play ipad all she wanted! We walked to Pier, Third street, park with playground for my daughter and, of course, 5th avenue! We we able to find a nice place to fish about a minute from condo and another playground.... We did use our car going to the beach but just because we had lots of beach gear to take with us... Otherwise the beach is about 7 minutes walk through the nice neighborhood. Every night we would take a walk to get some ice cream, look at the sunset or just stroll around... We visited Tin City multiple times (about 3 minutes from the condo)... Also, the swimming pool was right out of our front door but the best part - we've never were bothered by any noises.. My parents and my daughter really enjoyed this vacation! Owners are very easy to work with - booking was painless and any questions we had were answered quickly!"

  • Loved Naples!

"We had a wonderful time in Naples and the rental unit was very comfortable and well situated. We had a short walk to the downtown/restaurant/shopping area. The unit was well supplied with kitchen needs and linens. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting in the lanai sipping wine in the evenings. Our only recommendation would be more cutting knives and the unit would appear larger with a little less furniture."
