"Great Location, three blocks from 5th Ave. Floor apartment makes it easy to access the pool right out the front door. Landlord was on target with all communications and the deposit was return quickly. I would certain recommend you look and consider this unit with no reservations. Was as it was described. Highly recommend."Guest: Lancer42 Date of Stay: September 2014 Review Submitted: October 13, 2014View listing
"The location of this property is amazing! 6 blocks to the beach, 2 blocks to the library, 4 blocks to the store and 7 blocks to downtown. We never needed our car. We had beautiful weather and enjoyed morning coffee outside by the beautifully landscaped back yard with pool. The bedrooms are comfortable and the house is cozy. Eileen was terrific to work with. I discovered SUP yoga through Wellfit, and the class was offered on the beach up the road. Don't miss the Farmers Market Saturday morning over on 3rd street. So many good restaurants, but our favorite is Campiellos. Enjoy!"Guest: Julie H. Date of Stay: November 2013 Review Submitted: December 12, 2013View listing
"The home is a fabulous mix of British Colonial & contemporary decor....beach chic! The bedrooms are nicely sized, with two Kings in one area of the house, with a newly remodeled shared bathroom. The charming Master bedroom is near the pool & has a bathroom as well as sitting areas separate from the front living room. The beautifully tiled & well-appointed kitchen separates the two areas of the home, allowing for privacy if desired. The screened in pool area features an outdoor dining area & the adjacent yard allows for yet another area to lounge, read or soak up some sun. This home is close to dining & shopping & an easy walk or drive to the beach. Our family is looking forward to our return trip next April."Guest: Anonymous Date of Stay: April 2014 Review Submitted: April 24, 2014View listing
"We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 week stay at Maison du Soleil #6. The condo is wonderfully furnished and well equipped with everything we needed including bikes and beach chairs. The bed is super comfortable and the washer and dryer so nice to have. The weather was gorgeous every day and we enjoyed walking everywhere. Beach is about 5 blocks away and really beautiful. Walked to Third Street for breakfast several times and shopping on 5th Avenue was fun. We enjoyed several concerts in the park next door. Now I know why it's so nice to spend the winter in a Florida. We will be back!"Guest: Marny K. Date of Stay: February 2014 Review Submitted: March 1, 2014View listing
