"Very clean and beautiful place, all necessary amenities available and the landlords very personable and friendly. Quick to respond to questions and very helpful."Guest: Happy tourist Date of Stay: June 2014 Review Submitted: July 1, 2014View listing
"My husband and I have been coming to Naples for more than twenty (20) years. I found out that I had some time off in December/January. We needed a place to relax. A place where we could feel at home. When we arrived, we felt comfortable and at peace. The decor was tastefully done. Everything was provided. We only needed food and wine to complete our stay. The bedrooms are more than comfortable. The pool is exquisite. The neighbors are friendly (especially Cooper, the Chocolate Lab). Once we got our bearings, everything was only a short drive away. We can't wait to return. We hope to make it an annual trip. My Birthday, Christmas and New Year's in this beautiful place...What more could anyone hope for? I cannot think of a better place to enjoy the beauty of Naples."Guest: Margie W. Date of Stay: December 2013 Review Submitted: January 7, 2014View listing
"This is the second time we rented this excellent property. The house is spacious and very well-kept, with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, living room and sitting rooms, i.e. a lot of room to spread out. The kitchen set-up is excellent, and all the serveware, pots/pans, etc. are high quality. The owners also provide a beach pass to the Moorings association's private beach -- a real treasure that includes free parking (with attendant) and a lovely beach and park area, and bathroom. Whether you want a nice beach day or just a place to be seaside under the park trees to read the paper, this is a GREAT place. The house itself is perfect for us. The layout is described above, with master bedroom on one side of the kitchen and living room areas, and two smaller bedrooms and bathrooms on the other side -- gives some privacy. We really love this style of one-floor Florida house - spacious without being one of the tacky McMansions that have unfortunately sprouted around Naples. It's a real feeling of why you love Florida. The pool is excellent -- easy to heat, cage overall to catch any blowing leaves or bugs, comfortable chairs and table, partially shaded. The surrounding yard is beautifully landscaped and affords some privacy from other houses in the area. The location is great. A short drive or bike-ride to the coast, on the west side of Tamiani Trail, in a nice residential neighborhood. There are many restaurants in a short drive (or again, bike ride.) Close to old Naples, Third or Fifth Avenue shopping, etc - we really love Naples. Take advantage of the many events in the park, the Art Association, nature center... The Everglades is not a far drive for more adventurous nature-lovers. Nice art scene and cosmopolitan feel with some great restaurants. There are many extras at the house -- bicycles, beach towels, washer/dryer, etc. Believe me -- if I didn't have this "job thing" going, I'd be happy to stay year round."Guest: Madame X Date of Stay: April 2014 Review Submitted: July 23, 2014View listing
"Spent a fabulous month of March in this beautiful condo. The location is just 5 minutes walk to Vanderbilt Beach and the Delnor Wiggins State Park. Just minutes from the beach but in a very quiet area with a gorgeous view of the back river. The condo is immaculately clean with granite counter tops and shinny new wood floors. Everything is provided from lots of high quality sheets, towel, beach towels, and beach chairs. The kitchen is well stocked with top quality pans, dishes, and was a delight for me as a cook. I plan to rent it again next year!"Guest: Elizabeth Date of Stay: March 2014 Review Submitted: April 11, 2014View listing
