"We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was very clean and comfortable with very nice amenities (pool, access to waterway and dock, lovely decks, many extras like bikes and kayaks for our use, to name a few). It was a very nice location, close to beaches and parks and within striking distance of attractions like Naples, the Everglades and Sanabel Island. We would definitely recomment it to others and would stay there again if/when in the Naples area."Guest: Falcon's Foot Date of Stay: May 2014 Review Submitted: June 19, 2014View listing
"We stayed for a month at this beautiful unit at the Regatta. We had never rented before on vrbo, but it was very easy. We had 5 adults and our 5 year old with us. The unit is spacious and is stocked with everything you need. We were also so happy with this location, because of its proximity to all Naples has to offer. The view from the 10th floor is stunning and we all enjoyed spending mornings on the lanai, overlooking the water. Its going to be very difficult to go back home. Rooms are spacious, there are tvs in every room, 2 1/2 baths. If you need more space, there is a pull out couch in the den. The Regatta has a wonderful pool with waterfall, zero entry and a great area to have a bbq. Vanderbilt Beach is a short walk. The Mercado is a mile down the road and has a Whole Foods, great shops and restaurants. 5th Avenue is a short drive as well. My Mom was able to play tennis at nearby Pelican Bay Park, which also had a nice playground for my daughter. If you have kids, the water park and Naples Zoo are also located nearby. If you don't feel like driving, then The Ritz Carlton, Turtle Bay and La Playa are all a short walk and offer dining al fresco. We are so happy we rented here and plan on coming back as soon as we can."Guest: kerhuts Date of Stay: April 2014 Review Submitted: May 2, 2014View listing
"We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. It was well equipped with all the necessities, and we very much appreciated the beach items (chairs, umbrella, cooler, towels, and sand buckets/toys). And it was so very relaxing to have the privacy of a home, and we especially loved the pool and hot tub! The house was on a quiet residential street and within close driving distance to many restaurants. It’s also just a short drive to Vanderbilt beach which has bathrooms and a parking garage. We would definitely rent this home again if we ever get a chance to travel back to Naples."Guest: Janice H. Date of Stay: December 2013 Review Submitted: February 9, 2014View listing
"If this type of condo fits your needs, you can rest assured that you will have pleasant experience. Condo is everything that previous reviewers have noted and the owners will do everything they can to make your stay enjoyable. This a real VRBO - not some rental agency posting their listing on VRBO. We would not hesitate to rent again or recommend this unit to our friends."Guest: John C. Date of Stay: January 2014 Review Submitted: March 15, 2014View listing
