  • The Real Deal !!

"If this type of condo fits your needs, you can rest assured that you will have pleasant experience. Condo is everything that previous reviewers have noted and the owners will do everything they can to make your stay enjoyable. This a real VRBO - not some rental agency posting their listing on VRBO. We would not hesitate to rent again or recommend this unit to our friends."

  • AMAZING TIME

"We had an amazing time. Family of 6 stayed for a week, 5 year old, 12 year old, 16 year old, myself and husband and my 75 year old mom. There was PLENTY of space. 2 very large Master Bedrooms on first floor (both had King beds, one also had a double bed) two upstairs BR shared a bathroom and each had a queen bed. The house was stocked with towels, 4 bch chairs, bch wagon, two bikes, a bch umbrella and an assortment of toys for both the pool and bch to include boogie boards! Free wifi, ample space, outdoor grill. The house was 1/2 block from beach access. Is it the Gulf. Enough said. Walking to 5th street shops and restaurants, took a run every day through local neighborhood, and grocery store less than 2 miles from the house. We would go back in a heartbeat. Wonderful facilities, location and Steve was a pleasure to work with. Seamless!"

  • What a Great Place

"This condo had everything I had been looking for in a vacation rental - nicely decorated, comfortable, clean, a view from the lanai, and a good pool. My wife and I were very happy with our stay here. The master bed mattress is a pillowtop - very comfortable. There's two walk-in closets in that room and an attached bathroom with a nice sized shower. There are plenty of towels, and they were new and fluffy. The kitchen has everything you need. We enjoyed making meals and drinks there. We especially enjoyed taking our breakfast out to the lanai and watching the golfers hum by in their golf carts or the alligators gliding along in the canal below. Didn't find out until we got home that the property is next to a bird rookery and not far from the Audobon Corkscrew Sanctuary. No wonder is was so quiet and peaceful... There's a nice pool right across the street - you can easily walk to it. The clubhouse pool looked nice - didn't get a chance to use it, but there's a tiki bar to buy drinks, hot tub, and fountain there. Tennis courts are right by that pool. There's also a number of pools scattered around the property. We also enjoyed morning walks along the sidewalks circling the development. Took advantage of casting a bit in the ponds that front the property. Unlike other owners/managers we requested information from and didn't answer all my questions, or took awhile to reply, Steve was prompt and always pleasant to talk to and work with. My wife and I enjoyed our stay so much we're trying to figure out when we can stay again."
