"We've been visiting Naples every summer for a decade. For the past few years, we've chosen to stay in this Pelican Bay condo and we've loved it every time. The condo is a bright, sunny end unit with a great view of the pool, the sunsets & the Gulf, and south toward Olde Naples. The kitchen is well-stocked, the beds are very comfortable, and there's plenty of room on the two patios for sunbathing or dining al fresco. The condo building's staff are attentive and friendly, as are the Pelican Bay tram drivers who ferry guests from the back gate to the beach. We rent bikes and rarely use our car -- everything is within an easy bike ride, including Publix & Whole Foods, CVS, Costco, and numerous restaurants. I doubt there's a better place to stay in Naples!"Guest: Susan Rad Date of Stay: June 2014 Review Submitted: July 15, 2014View listing
"What a delight it was to stay in this unit. Everything was as described and worked beautifully. An added bonus was the WiFi both in the unit and at the Clubhouse/pool. The unit itself is newly remodeled and tastefully decorated. Equally important, we found the owners were unusually courteous and dedicated to making our stay memorable--and it was. We are anxious to return. As far as the complex, we found the area beautiful and well-maintained. We were lucky to be able to attend the monthly social at the Clubhouse and treated as if we were part of this lovely community."Guest: Bernadette W. "Rented this home by calling the owner, Roman who was very helpful. Had little time for beach, but my adult son and his girlfriend had fun biking everywhere (rentals nearby), and they jogged around the streets everyday. Close to everything! My husband and I used the time to try and find a home in this neighborhood. Roman's house is large and open and has everything you need for a vacation or getaway. We did sit by the pool and enjoyed the piece and quiet. We barbecued only one day in order to watch the World Cup. The rest of the time we tried all the places nearby and also went one night to 5th Ave in Olde Naples. We had been to Naples in March and rented another home in Naples Park that didn't compare to this home. If we go back before we buy a home, we will go back to this one."Guest: Tia Ia Date of Stay: June 2014 Review Submitted: June 29, 2014View listing
"My wife and I spent the month of February, 2014, at this beautiful, clean condo. We have rented in the Naples area for 12 years and this was, by far, our most enjoyable winter vacation. The condo is large, extremely well laid out and furnished with top notch furniture in a very tasteful manner. The beds are wonderful and the couches/chairs are large, strategically placed and very comfortable. The view from the spacious lanai is gorgeous, encompassing a green and three tee boxes on The Rookery golf course, as well as a large body of water. This is truly a vacationer's paradise that we would love to rent again, especially after dealing with the owners who were extremely helpful and courteous."Guest: Tom A.
