"Having visited Naples many times before this was a first time in Pelican Bay and we were not disappointed. The house met all our expectations. The home was delightful, lovely and clean with all the homely comforts and a very well equipped kitchen. The facilities at Pelican Bay were exceptional with the regular trams taking us through the Mangroves to the beach and the courteous young men providing our loungers and umbrellas for our comfort. The Restaurants on the beach were very good and not expensive. The owner was more than helpful and ensured our stay was comfortable and problem free. We would not hesitate to stay again and hopefully will do so in the not too distant future."Guest: Sandra & Keith Date of Stay: April 2013 Review Submitted: May 28, 2013View listing
"We've been visiting Naples every summer for a decade. For the past few years, we've chosen to stay in this Pelican Bay condo and we've loved it every time. The condo is a bright, sunny end unit with a great view of the pool, the sunsets & the Gulf, and south toward Olde Naples. The kitchen is well-stocked, the beds are very comfortable, and there's plenty of room on the two patios for sunbathing or dining al fresco. The condo building's staff are attentive and friendly, as are the Pelican Bay tram drivers who ferry guests from the back gate to the beach. We rent bikes and rarely use our car -- everything is within an easy bike ride, including Publix & Whole Foods, CVS, Costco, and numerous restaurants. I doubt there's a better place to stay in Naples!"Guest: Susan Rad Date of Stay: June 2014 Review Submitted: July 15, 2014View listing
"My husband and I spent a wonderful month in Pelican Bay in March, 2013. This 3 bedroom condo is well appointed with all the amenities necessary for a long term stay. The kitchen is well stocked with all you need to eat-in and the surrounding area is filled with dining options of all kinds. The living areas are spacious with comfortable beds and furnishings. We were a couple, but the space is large enough for two couples or a small family. Location on the first floor is handy for transporting groceries and parking is right outside the door. The Pelican Bay community is wonderful and we partook of many of the offered activities. A large community center is a few minutes walking distance from the condo where my husband was able to play bridge several times weekly and I was able to take an oil painting class and join in weekly mah jongg games. We are also tennis enthusiasts and played almost daily on one of 18 clay courts that are available to Pelican Bay owners and renters. The tram system to get around the area to beaches and waterfront restaurants is great and extremely well run. We found staff handling the tram, tennis facilities and community centers to be top notch, friendly and welcoming. We participated in a bus trip to the Sony Tennis Tournament in Key Biscayne organized by the Tennis Center and were very impressed with their efficiency and friendliness; everyone had a great time! I do not hesitate to recommend this property. The owners are quickly responsive to any questions and are knowledgeable about the area and able to give good advice on all the activities available and are quick to resolve any property issues. If you are looking for a vacation with few worries and and tons of things to do for everyone in the family, you will not be disappointed in this condo where everything is set up for you, nor will you fail to fall in love with this beautiful location!"Guest: Julie Date of Stay: March 2013 Review Submitted: May 5, 2013View listing
"My husband and I had an excellent experience. We couldn't ask for better owners, they made sure everything worked smoothly. The unit is lovely, very comfortable. Thank you too for the great beds, something I really care about! The location within Pelican Bay is perfect, near the exercise fitness center and tennis courts and swimming pool. And you can walk around the corner, cut through the pass and you're at the grocery! It just gets better. Pelican Bay is awesome, thanks to the owners for leaving bikes, we could easily glide all over Pelican Bay, up to the trams which then take you through the Mangroves to the spectacular beach. Do you know you see more wildlife at PB than anywhere else? We toured the Everglades park and corkscrew swamp, as well as Sanibel Island's Ding Darling park. PB had more alligators, marsh birds, even otters. Wonderful! and the beach and the two restaurants are incredible. We highly recommend the South Beach area restaurant since they have wonderful ice cream cones at their beach shop. Thanks again to Steve and Kim."Guest: Cathy Date of Stay: January 2012 Review Submitted: January 28, 2012View listing
