"I decided to treat myself to the "snowbird" life after 35 years of educating children in Michigan. What a fabulous retreat Karen, Tom and their beautiful Cherry Oaks carriage home provided for us. We had a blast and enjoyed all that Fiddlers Creek had to offer. The Walsh family are the best and go out of their way to make sure a fantastic stay is had by all. Their living areas are clean, comfortable, spacious and homey. I did not want to leave! Reflective times sitting out on the lanai watching the golfers and sunsets were among my favorites.
I made many new friends in Florida because I lived at the pools, tennis courts and walking/bike trails. Many of my new friends call and text me daily. I feel like I left a "home away from home" that was a memory of a lifetime. I loved the staff and everyone went out of their way to make sure a 5 star experience was had. I can not wait to go back next year! A brilliant celebration of life, new chapters, friendships and active lifestyle were received on a daily basis. Thanks Tom and Karen for sharing your little slice of heaven with a Kalamazoo gal who loves to see her son and sun!!!! It made the start of my retirement a very special time. I tried to sit out on my lanai when I came back to Michigan but it was raining and 50 degrees....just not the same experience....Life is good, especially when shared at Cherry Oaks within Fiddlers Creek. Thanks for the memories....I'm very thankful!"

"The unit was just as described by owners, who are extremely easy to communicate with. Everything was available that one could possibly need, beach chairs, towels, coolers, soaps, shampoos, lotions, linens and even nail polish remover! The kitchen was well stocked with all necessary cooking and eating supplies. And it even offered 2 coffee pots - the Keurig unit as well as a standard coffee pot.
The kitchen had a small high top 2 seater table which was perfect for coffee, breakfast and reading our iPads and laptops.
Shower in master bathroom was excellent, strong pressure and adjustable nozzle, while the second bathroom had a rainhead shower. The laundry room was equipped with all supplies and a new HE Washer and Dryer.
The unit was extremely clean and comfortable. It was within easy walking distance to the tennis courts, gym, pool and clubhouse.
I would have rated the unit with 5 stars but there was just one item that we found troublesome - the mattress in the Master Bedroom was uncomfortable and noisy. The mattress in the second bedroom was very comfortable.
Wyndemere is a beautiful Country Club with pristine tennis courts and excellent tennis staff. It is located in a great part of Naples and one can easily get to 5th Avenue and 3rd Street to enjoy the many wonderful restaurants there.
We would rent here again."

A spectacular tropical oasis and retreat for our "Winter Accommodations" Bob and Joan
"Having stayed at Heritage Bay Golf and Country Club for three years, each year in a different condo, we knew Heritage Bay was where we wanted to be, but the previous three years each left something to be desired in our housing.
For 2015 we were looking for something different and unique, but yet very special and accommodating.
My time on VRBO was well spent as I found a fabulous Abbey Veranda on Siesta Bay Drive owned by Caroline and her husband Alfredo.
We had stayed in terraces and other veranda's the previous years, but none had the lure and excitement that this veranda offered.
Caroline (Of French heritage) designed and decorated her home as if you were to be vacationing on the French Riviera.
The veranda's real appeal is its location off the path of the golf cart path but still in sight of the golf course and greens. Most of all is the serenity of the rear lanai facing a narrow marsh full of birds and floral life, but with sensational views of the lakes. Sunrise and sunset, a real treat with a glass of wine or your beverage of choice in your hand, while sitting and enjoying life with your favorite companion.
Nothing in this home has been left out. The kitchen, baths, utility room etc all have whatever you require. The garage is great, and houses five varying size bikes and beach equipment.
The front veranda(having two, one in front & one in the back, makes this an even greater treat. A quiet dinner for two on the front veranda while grilling your favorite foods on the electric grill that is provided.
A feature no one else had thought of was controls for lights and fans that are accessible for a regular switch. No reaching to the fan for controls.
The entertainment provide is exceptional. Three large HD flat screens, with the main on in the family room having blu ray DVD and Netlix, pandora etc and a host of many tv stations for you enjoyment.
We were always thrilled to have friends come over for cocktails or dinner and enjoy our tropical abode with us.
Caroline has made certain nothing is lacking and that makes this property so special.
I would be remiss if I did not say how relaxed I felt awaking each morning from the terrific king size bed, and looking out the bedroom windows at anothing spectacular and fun filled day in Heritage Bay.
The club itself is great and provides just about anything you could think of in a golfing and country club.
For an active, relaxing and superior vacation you would be remiss not to book this venue."

"We have spent 4 fabulous weeks in Naples in July. The villa is large but homely and comfortable, it is really well equipped and all the towels and linens are really good quality and plentiful. It is located in a quiet community and we never heard nor saw the neighbors at all.
The villa is approximately 2 minutes away from the beach, Publix supermarket, and the library ( in addition to the owner’s library). 10 to 20 minutes driving time to a Holocaust Museum, Philharmonic, Zoo, Botanical Garden and the downtown area with great restaurants and art galleries.
You can also take a walk to the city park with a playground (5-6 min. away) and basketball and soccer fields. The owner's garage has beach chairs, an umbrella, and bikes. Naples beach is lovely, we saw dolphins and turtles. We enjoyed shopping at the Miromar outlets about 30 mins away.
Overall, we loved the property - the place was perfect and well maintained. The owner was quickly available when I had a couple of questions. We would definitely recommend the property to everyone and we plan to return in 2016."
