"We stayed at Anna,s condo for just over 6 weeks and everything was really good, like being home from home. So much so we have booked again for 2015"

  • WONDERFUL, like your own private paradise!

"We love the King's Lake area and feel blessed to have found this particular condo. The owners, Alison and Steve, are the most gracious hosts and are immediately available to help you with all your needs, if there is something you want (which I can't imagine since the condo is so well equipped, they seem to have thought of everything) they are willing to listen and accommodate. Never had such great people as owners, you will feel like you are their honored guests. We think this area of Naples is the best as it is close to the beach, 5th Avenue and all the shopping you can imagine. You can walk or bike to the new Publix and several shops and all other shopping is a very near car ride. Check in was painless and the unit is gorgeous, the photos do not do it justice. This unit lives like your own home and does not feel like a "condo". The pool is at least 86 degrees, right out your door and seems like your own private one as this is not a huge complex. Everyone here has been so friendly and invite you to join their morning water exercise group and Monday evening card group. We have rented before and this is by far superior to anything we have had and I can tell you, you will NOT want to go home. It is so quiet and peaceful and yet close to everything. a real gem. We have already made plans to come back here two more times."

  • Wonderful Home

"My wife & I rented this large house just for the 2 of us as we wanted space & luxury and we certainly achieved both of these. The attention to detail in catering for all possible needs was exemplary and the owners, Brian & Laurie, could not have been nicer to deal with. We loved the pool and spa and also used the bikes to cycle to the Players Club. We would especially recommend the Pasta evening and the Happy Hour great value compared to Europe's prices. We would love to return to this house in the future and would have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone! Much appreciated Brian & Laurie and wish you and your family well for the future. We hope to be in touch again in the future to rebook another stay."

  • Nice home!

"My family and I stayed at this rental home for a week at the end of July. We had a wonderful time. My kids really enjoyed the pool (ages four and six). There were six adults, one teenager, two little kids, and a dog. There was plenty of room. We never once felt like we were all on top of each other. The kitchen served us well, we cooked several dinners, lunches, and breakfasts too. The location was nice, close to a Trader Joe's, Publix (grocery store), shops, and downtown Naples. The beach was about a 15 minute drive but it wasn't a bad drive. We had three cars between us and there was plenty of parking. The week we stayed, the city was doing road maintenance on the street but it wasn't really an issue. We really enjoyed a lot of what Naples had to offer (sunset cruise, paddle boarding, days at the beach, miniature golf with the little kids, and seafood restaurants) then returned home at the end of the day. The day we arrived we noticed the air conditioner wasn't cooling. We called the property manager listed on the contact sheet provided. He was able to get a repairman out that night (around 8pm) and the a/c was fixed. Yay! Later on the in the week, we went to use the grill on the back porch and noticed the propane tank was empty. My father went to Walmart and bought an exchange. I emailed the owner about the issue and he promptly responded that he would reimburse me for the expense with my security deposit (he did). All in all, we enjoyed our stay at this house. I would recommend to others."

Other Naples Properties Travel Tips

Naples Vacation Rentals Can Mean Big Savings

If you're looking for great savings on Naples condos, you may want to look for Naples resorts. Private condos and vacation rentals can be great because the prices are lower than they would be for some of the more heavily marketed condos. Naples vacation rentals and Naples resorts may not have the same amenities as some of the larger and more talked-about places, but the price difference may be something you want to consider if you're planning on making Naples your vacation destination. Don't automatically ignore these options, because they can often provide you with great deals.

Naples Condos Are Close to Everything

When you're in Naples, you naturally want a lot to do. While you're there, consider visiting Everglades City, all of the waterside shops that are available, and the Caribbean Gardens. You can spend days just enjoying all of those things. If that's not enough, though, Naples resorts will be close to a lot of other fun things to see and do, like the Naples Museum of Art, the Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary, and the Conservancy of Southwest Florida. Make Plans Early to Get Great Deals on Naples Condos

Anyone who books a vacation to Naples, or anywhere else, knows that it can cost less to travel and stay somewhere if you make your plans early. There are often discounts on Naples vacation rentals, airfares, and all kinds of other travel-related services for people who plan ahead. You can also consider visiting Naples during the off-season, so that you can get lower rates and have more money to spend on other things. No matter what you like to do, though, Naples condos can give you a great place to relax and enjoy your vacation.
