  • Great Location Beach Right Across The Street

"This was a great condo for our family of four. The beach was across the street a short 100 yard walk to the white sands for your enjoyment. You are on the sand in 2 minutes on the least crowded section! We loved our stay at this beautiful condo! It is even nicer than the pictures and the views were fantastic!! The lanai is huge, and the perfect spot to dine or have a refreshing drink and watch the boats and sea life go by, so relaxing! The unit is very clean and well-stocked. The location is the best on Vanderbilt Beach. The pool and hot tub are lovely, very clean and never crowded. The owner was wonderful to deal during the process of the booking. She wants you to enjoy the place, and is always available for any questions. Don't hesitate to book this one!"

  • Perfect Weather + Amazing Location + Gorgeous Condo = Best Family Vacation!

"We LOVED our stay at your condo! This well maintained, beautifully decorated condo was a perfect get away for our family of four. We watched dolphins each morning from the screened patio and finished each day with a beautiful sunset on the beach. The gorgeous white sand beach was ideal for shelling, beach games and relaxing. And with the condo so close to the beach, a quick cool down and afternoon at the pool was just steps away. We loved having the ability to grill by the pool and dine in - although, the local restaurants were fabulous! We became regulars at our new favorite coffee shop Fit & Fuel Cafe - and took advantage of the bike rentals two doors down (our rentals was the 4 seater! What a blast!) We also enjoyed a day trip to Ft. Myers and Sanibel Island. And added fun with jet skiing on Bonita Beach too! We sure hope we are able to add this vacation as an annual adventure for our family! Thank you!"

  • Enjoy it everytime!!

"This was my husband's and my second time to this condo and we've had a great, enjoyable time on both occasions. (Forgot to write review on first trip) The condo is very clean and comfortable. It has a very homey and cozy feel; we feel at home there. We love sitting on the lanai and watching the boats and dolphins in the bay waters. The pool and jacuzzi area is always clean; as is the entire property. We love having the parking spot in the garage and the beach is only a minute away. Looking forward to visiting again next Spring. Maria is easy to work with and takes great care of the unit."

  • Canal Views and Beach Access

"This was our first trip to Naples for our party of 4 adults and 4 children with ages ranging from 14 months – 60 years old. We chose this house mainly because it was across the canal from my Dad and stepmother’s house, it had a screened-in swimming pool and beach access at the end of the street. The house was immaculate when we arrived. The kitchen was well stocked and was used daily. The open floor plan made the house seem very spacious and allowed people in the kitchen to be part of the conversations going on in the other areas of the house. Next to the kitchen is a laundry room which is always nice to have, especially when you’re traveling with children. Pocket doors enabled us to close off the bedrooms so that people could enjoy an afternoon nap or just some quiet time. The large dining room table allowed the four generations to gather around for meals together usually followed by games. We also used the poolside grill almost every day as well. Several times we’d come back from the beach and the kids would shower off the sand outside then jump into the pool while we threw some hot dogs and hamburgers or bar-b-q on the grill. Since the pool and lanai are screened-in, a lot of time was spent outside because we didn’t have to deal with any pesky insects. Although we didn’t have a boat, the dock made it very convenient for my dad to come by and pick us up in his boat. The beach access was at the end of the street and led to a very nice, uncrowded area. Walking to the beach to watch the beautiful sunsets became a nightly routine. On the fourth of July, we walked to the beach to watch the fireworks then returned to the house and watched more fireworks up and down the canal behind the house. The festivities ended with an amazing firework display we watched through our front door, which was being shot off from a barge on the canal across the street from us! We loved everything about this house. There is a Trader Joe’s, Publix store and Super Wal-Mart just down the street and many restaurants and cafes in the area. Not only was my dad able to play several rounds of golf with his great granddaughter, he was also there when his youngest great grandson took his first steps and began walking all over the house by the end of our trip. Needless to say, some wonderful memories were made on this vacation and in this house!!! Thank you, Maureen, for making the rental process very easy and for sharing your lovely home with us. We hope to return again next year!!!"
