  • Superb Holiday

"What a great home. Everything as advertised. Open floor plan and pool/lanai was great for entertaining. From pool or dock you can enjoy the sunrise with morning coffee and sunset with evening cocktails :) . You can walk to the beach in about 15 minutes. Short drive to plenty of dining and entertainment options. Quiet street and yard is beautiful. Has everything you need to prepare meals. Tom is a great owner and responds timely. We will certainly want to stay here again!"

  • Family Vacation in Naples

"We do a family vacation with our children and their families once a year. Staying in a home, rather than a hotel is the absolute best way to travel, especially when you have young children. The home was everything we expected and more. The five bedrooms could accommodate up to 14 people and there were 2 cribs for infants. The self contained suite on the ground floor also had a sofa bed which could accommodate 2 more. There were 4 bathrooms, 2 washers and dryers, 2 kitchens, dining for up to 14 people and a wonderful, heated pool. The owners provided for visitors use: 4 kayaks, fishing rods, pool toys, beach toys, bicycles (including a tricycle, 2 children's bikes and a gondola to pull toddlers) and tons of beach chairs. The home was within a short walk to 2 lovely beaches, a Walmart and a grocery store. There was a binder for visitors with restaurant information, a pass to the state park and other pertinent information. Thank you to the owners for a wonderful time! We will definitely return to the home again."

  • Wonderful stay

"The house is just as advertised which made for a great stay in the Naples area. We greatly appreciated the owner checking in to see that we got into the house OK and all the info provided concerning the house and the surrounding area. The house was clean, with more than amble cooking utensils; plates, glasses, storage containers, etc.; paper products; linens; towels; recreational items; bikes, fishing poles, water floats, coolers, etc. The pool is awesome, as is the lanai and the outdoor sound system. We throughly enjoyed grilling and eating outdoors every evening! It is conveniently located to stores and area restaurants. We would gladly stay here again the next time we visit that area."

  • Canal Views and Beach Access

"This was our first trip to Naples for our party of 4 adults and 4 children with ages ranging from 14 months – 60 years old. We chose this house mainly because it was across the canal from my Dad and stepmother’s house, it had a screened-in swimming pool and beach access at the end of the street. The house was immaculate when we arrived. The kitchen was well stocked and was used daily. The open floor plan made the house seem very spacious and allowed people in the kitchen to be part of the conversations going on in the other areas of the house. Next to the kitchen is a laundry room which is always nice to have, especially when you’re traveling with children. Pocket doors enabled us to close off the bedrooms so that people could enjoy an afternoon nap or just some quiet time. The large dining room table allowed the four generations to gather around for meals together usually followed by games. We also used the poolside grill almost every day as well. Several times we’d come back from the beach and the kids would shower off the sand outside then jump into the pool while we threw some hot dogs and hamburgers or bar-b-q on the grill. Since the pool and lanai are screened-in, a lot of time was spent outside because we didn’t have to deal with any pesky insects. Although we didn’t have a boat, the dock made it very convenient for my dad to come by and pick us up in his boat. The beach access was at the end of the street and led to a very nice, uncrowded area. Walking to the beach to watch the beautiful sunsets became a nightly routine. On the fourth of July, we walked to the beach to watch the fireworks then returned to the house and watched more fireworks up and down the canal behind the house. The festivities ended with an amazing firework display we watched through our front door, which was being shot off from a barge on the canal across the street from us! We loved everything about this house. There is a Trader Joe’s, Publix store and Super Wal-Mart just down the street and many restaurants and cafes in the area. Not only was my dad able to play several rounds of golf with his great granddaughter, he was also there when his youngest great grandson took his first steps and began walking all over the house by the end of our trip. Needless to say, some wonderful memories were made on this vacation and in this house!!! Thank you, Maureen, for making the rental process very easy and for sharing your lovely home with us. We hope to return again next year!!!"
