  • A wonderful month in Naples!

"We loved every minute of our stay in your home! The house is very well equipped, efficiently furnished, "operating" instructions were clear and comprehensive and the location simply could not be better. Eating on the lanai was perfect, including being serenaded each day by a wide array of birds. Bikes were available as were beach chairs. Even with several days in the low 90's, the house was cool and comfortable. We simply had no complaints."

  • great value, great location

"The house is very comfortable and well set up. The owners have provided just about everything to make a beach vacation go smoothly. Home is 3 minutes by car to the beach and about 15 minutes from downtown Naples. We would definitely return."

  • Nice home!

"My family and I stayed at this rental home for a week at the end of July. We had a wonderful time. My kids really enjoyed the pool (ages four and six). There were six adults, one teenager, two little kids, and a dog. There was plenty of room. We never once felt like we were all on top of each other. The kitchen served us well, we cooked several dinners, lunches, and breakfasts too. The location was nice, close to a Trader Joe's, Publix (grocery store), shops, and downtown Naples. The beach was about a 15 minute drive but it wasn't a bad drive. We had three cars between us and there was plenty of parking. The week we stayed, the city was doing road maintenance on the street but it wasn't really an issue. We really enjoyed a lot of what Naples had to offer (sunset cruise, paddle boarding, days at the beach, miniature golf with the little kids, and seafood restaurants) then returned home at the end of the day. The day we arrived we noticed the air conditioner wasn't cooling. We called the property manager listed on the contact sheet provided. He was able to get a repairman out that night (around 8pm) and the a/c was fixed. Yay! Later on the in the week, we went to use the grill on the back porch and noticed the propane tank was empty. My father went to Walmart and bought an exchange. I emailed the owner about the issue and he promptly responded that he would reimburse me for the expense with my security deposit (he did). All in all, we enjoyed our stay at this house. I would recommend to others."

  • Convenient, Clean, Renovated, Owner Easy to Work With

"This house is great for family use on a Vanderbilt Beach vacation. Home is clean and newly renovated. The owner Pam is very easy to communicate with and quick to respond to all inquiries and concerns. Location is just a short bike ride from public beach access (2 adult beach cruisers / 1 child's bike provided and there is also a bike rental shop 2 miles down the road). The neighborhood is more blue collar /working class in comparison to other areas of Vanderbilt Beach, but the home is nicely landscaped for privacy and the street is very quiet and safe. The pool and kitchen are perfect areas for family entertaining and hanging out. Kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and there are lots of pool toys to keep people of all ages entertained. We will definitely be recommending this house for family and friends."
