  • Perfect Rental! Don't miss this one!!

"This beautiful home provided everything we needed for a relaxing, carefree vacation. My family has been visiting this area for over 20 years. We have stayed in many places including the Ritz Carlton, but nothing felt more like home and provided us with all the needed amenities like this home. Rolling back the wall of glass doors in the morning just brought the beauty of the outside inside minus any bugs. The ceiling fans circulated a comfortable breeze and with the view of the cascading water from the Jacuzzi, we almost didn't want to leave for the beach! When going to the beach the bicycles were just the best! The walk was only about 15 minutes and we liked the exercise and views along the way. The Turtle Club has always been a favorite place for us to dine and it was simple to get to from your house as was the Mercado Shopping Center with all of its fun places. Two of the nights we visited Fifth Avenue to enjoy Alberto's, Aqua and of course shop. The girls loved revisiting The Best of Everything and getting some fabulous, fun jewelry. This home is the perfect rental...Great location, clean, relaxng, all the amenities, well cared for pool and wonderful people to rent from..... PERFECT!"

  • Our holiday retreat

"The Beach House was indeed, sumptuous, lovely, clean and comfortable. It had a very homely, welcoming atmosphere - unlike many villas we have stayed in where you feel you are staying in someone's 'business', with lots of instructions plastered about. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone wishing to stay in Naples as it was conveniently located to all amenities and the beach was located nearby and attractions such as Tin City were located a short drive away. Thank you, Sandie & Des! :-)"

  • Nice home!

"My family and I stayed at this rental home for a week at the end of July. We had a wonderful time. My kids really enjoyed the pool (ages four and six). There were six adults, one teenager, two little kids, and a dog. There was plenty of room. We never once felt like we were all on top of each other. The kitchen served us well, we cooked several dinners, lunches, and breakfasts too. The location was nice, close to a Trader Joe's, Publix (grocery store), shops, and downtown Naples. The beach was about a 15 minute drive but it wasn't a bad drive. We had three cars between us and there was plenty of parking. The week we stayed, the city was doing road maintenance on the street but it wasn't really an issue. We really enjoyed a lot of what Naples had to offer (sunset cruise, paddle boarding, days at the beach, miniature golf with the little kids, and seafood restaurants) then returned home at the end of the day. The day we arrived we noticed the air conditioner wasn't cooling. We called the property manager listed on the contact sheet provided. He was able to get a repairman out that night (around 8pm) and the a/c was fixed. Yay! Later on the in the week, we went to use the grill on the back porch and noticed the propane tank was empty. My father went to Walmart and bought an exchange. I emailed the owner about the issue and he promptly responded that he would reimburse me for the expense with my security deposit (he did). All in all, we enjoyed our stay at this house. I would recommend to others."

  • Warm Winter Rest

"We spent 10 weeks here (January through mid-March) and really enjoyed it. The house was perfect, nicely appointed, and the outside lanai / pool was used continuously. The owner is great to work with, and very, very helpful - she helped us arrange for cleaning services, and guided us how to upgrade the cable service for our stay so we wouldn't miss our favorite cable shows on AMC, HBO, or Showtime. Our dog loved the enclosed backyard. The house provides all beach gear (chairs, floats, boogie boards, noodles), a Florida State Park pass so you could visit Delnor Wiggins beach park (3/4 of a mile by foot, bike, or car) or nearby Lovers Key, and two bicycles to use when the Wiggins parking lot is full. We used the outdoor grill frequently, and loved having a garage door opener and garage for our car. The WiFi was fast, and convenient. Aside from visiting the local beaches and spending time on the home's lanai, we attended several performances at Artis Naples (recommendation - look and book early!), played lots of golf, and shopped for local real estate. This location is perfect for visiting anywhere from Fort Myers to Naples (and even Marco Island) Miami and Fort Lauderdale are a just two hour drive across Alligator Alley from here, and the Everglades are closer. You're close to shopping (from elegant Coconut Point and Mercado and Naples itself, to the outlet mall at Miramar, about 20 minutes north of here. One mile from a Publix grocery store and ABC liqour store (at Tamiani Trail and Immolakee). Lots of great restaurants, but if you are here during January through March, you'll need reservations almost anywhere due to the flood of seasonal visitors. All in all, we loved it. Especially when we checked the weather reports back home in Michigan. You can get some "cold snaps" down here (occasional lows in the 40s, highs in the low 60's), but most of the time January through March it stayed in the low 60's at night and the high 70's during the day - with mostly sun even when it was cool."
