"This property is exactly as advertised. This was our 5th house rental and this rental far exceeded the others in being stocked with everything a family could need for a great vacation. The pool and lanai area were totally awesome, and the 2 family rooms were perfect for our family!"

"Absolutely perfect. GREAT location. Condo is on Vanderbilt Channel (great for dolphin spotting!) next door to Delnor-Wiggins State Park. While others have to pay entry fee, park, you simply walk down the street to the beach. Condo was wonderfully equipped with chairs, buckets (for shell hunting), towels and A COOLER!!!! Very handy for packing lunches and waters. Also generously equipped with kitchen items (salt/pepper, oil, mustard, coffee, tea, etc...) and laundry supplies. We replaced what we used and left goodies for others to enjoy. Beach was empty for sunsets and MANY sea turtle nest line the beach. Outdoor shower and pool were bonuses. Great restaurants surround for dinners so never used oven, burners, pots and pans - but plentiful. YOU WILL LOVE THIS CONDO! Hope to return. Thank you for wonderful memories! Mom and 3 girls (dad flew in for weekend - very very very safe and secure!!!!!)"

"We were knocked over by your condo. It was beautifully decorated. The layout was to die for. 3 BR & 2 Bath; fully equipped. In addition to the screened lanai, a private outdoor patio. Needs nothing. Private under cover parking. Semi private stairs to the pool. We would walk to the beach beach every morning, buy our NY paper & walk back to breakfast. Each room had TV/DVR/VCR etc. Our friends / guests were floored by the condo."

"Our overall review would be that really enjoyed our trip and thought the location of the condo was great!
I'll start with the cons just so our review starts and ends on a good note because we really did enjoy our time.
There was no kitchen garbage bags.
There was 1 roll of toilet paper for two bathrooms.
There was no hand soap or dish soap.
Those items above are minor and we didn't feel the need to call Lisa for them but they are items that should be available for tenants renting for a week or so. We shouldn't have to arrive and go buy toilet paper.
One previous review mentioned the condo being out of date. It is a bit out of date in the sense of décor. The kitchen and bathrooms do seem to have been remodeled. But items such as bedspreads, some furnishings are outdated.
Lisa was great to work with. Provided information back quickly.
Again, condo is in great location near Vanderbilt beach. Walking distance even with little kids.
We enjoyed the condo pool. It is a no frills pool but our family still swam there at some point every day.
The other tenants that we came across were all friendly and welcoming (all older- didn't come across any other young families but we didn't mind at all and enjoyed everyone)."
