  • Warm Winter Rest

"We spent 10 weeks here (January through mid-March) and really enjoyed it. The house was perfect, nicely appointed, and the outside lanai / pool was used continuously. The owner is great to work with, and very, very helpful - she helped us arrange for cleaning services, and guided us how to upgrade the cable service for our stay so we wouldn't miss our favorite cable shows on AMC, HBO, or Showtime. Our dog loved the enclosed backyard. The house provides all beach gear (chairs, floats, boogie boards, noodles), a Florida State Park pass so you could visit Delnor Wiggins beach park (3/4 of a mile by foot, bike, or car) or nearby Lovers Key, and two bicycles to use when the Wiggins parking lot is full. We used the outdoor grill frequently, and loved having a garage door opener and garage for our car. The WiFi was fast, and convenient. Aside from visiting the local beaches and spending time on the home's lanai, we attended several performances at Artis Naples (recommendation - look and book early!), played lots of golf, and shopped for local real estate. This location is perfect for visiting anywhere from Fort Myers to Naples (and even Marco Island) Miami and Fort Lauderdale are a just two hour drive across Alligator Alley from here, and the Everglades are closer. You're close to shopping (from elegant Coconut Point and Mercado and Naples itself, to the outlet mall at Miramar, about 20 minutes north of here. One mile from a Publix grocery store and ABC liqour store (at Tamiani Trail and Immolakee). Lots of great restaurants, but if you are here during January through March, you'll need reservations almost anywhere due to the flood of seasonal visitors. All in all, we loved it. Especially when we checked the weather reports back home in Michigan. You can get some "cold snaps" down here (occasional lows in the 40s, highs in the low 60's), but most of the time January through March it stayed in the low 60's at night and the high 70's during the day - with mostly sun even when it was cool."

  • At Kelly's @ Regatta, Naples, Fl

"We were knocked over by your condo. It was beautifully decorated. The layout was to die for. 3 BR & 2 Bath; fully equipped. In addition to the screened lanai, a private outdoor patio. Needs nothing. Private under cover parking. Semi private stairs to the pool. We would walk to the beach beach every morning, buy our NY paper & walk back to breakfast. Each room had TV/DVR/VCR etc. Our friends / guests were floored by the condo."

  • Perfect family vacation!

"This house was very much what we were looking for and what we needed!!! We stayed with 6 adults and 2 babies (6 months and 16 months) and everyone fully enjoyed the stay. The pool was perfect, all the beach accessories were a huge advantage, the house itself was more than accommodating and the location could not have been better."

  • Regatta Resident

"My husband and I already have a unit at Regatta but were looking for an additional unit to assist in accommodating our grown children and grandchildren during the holidays. This unit was PERFECT! Love the expanded lanai with direct access to the pool. Perfect for daughter in law to still be able to enjoy the sun on lanai while being just steps from sleeping baby! Also nice additional space to accommodate gathering of family for dinners, particularly nice having close access to community grills. I could rave about the Regatta facilities, the location to beach, restaurants, shopping, etc., but I previously mentioneded we already own at Regatta....so enough said!! Thank you Roger and look forward to renting from you again!"

Visit the Everglades National Park and walk its 1,509,000 acres. This protected land houses creatures from prairies, swamps and more. It’s an ecological wonder. Travel then to the Naples Botanical Garden and enjoy long afternoons of flowers. Discover whimsy with Tin City, a complex of antique stores and local artisans. And then enjoy Vanderbilt Beach itself. This long stretch of coast is often ranked among the best in the nation, and you’ll soon see why.
