  • Nice home!

"My family and I stayed at this rental home for a week at the end of July. We had a wonderful time. My kids really enjoyed the pool (ages four and six). There were six adults, one teenager, two little kids, and a dog. There was plenty of room. We never once felt like we were all on top of each other. The kitchen served us well, we cooked several dinners, lunches, and breakfasts too. The location was nice, close to a Trader Joe's, Publix (grocery store), shops, and downtown Naples. The beach was about a 15 minute drive but it wasn't a bad drive. We had three cars between us and there was plenty of parking. The week we stayed, the city was doing road maintenance on the street but it wasn't really an issue. We really enjoyed a lot of what Naples had to offer (sunset cruise, paddle boarding, days at the beach, miniature golf with the little kids, and seafood restaurants) then returned home at the end of the day. The day we arrived we noticed the air conditioner wasn't cooling. We called the property manager listed on the contact sheet provided. He was able to get a repairman out that night (around 8pm) and the a/c was fixed. Yay! Later on the in the week, we went to use the grill on the back porch and noticed the propane tank was empty. My father went to Walmart and bought an exchange. I emailed the owner about the issue and he promptly responded that he would reimburse me for the expense with my security deposit (he did). All in all, we enjoyed our stay at this house. I would recommend to others."

  • Unbelievable Condo

"My wife and I arrived at this wonderful condo to begin our 6 week vacation and were left speechless when we compared the actual condo to the pictures. Everything in the condo was perfect. The pictures were just a sample of what a great unit this was. From watching the sunsets at night from the outdoor patio which over looked the pool to the overall cleanliness of the suite. Everything we needed was there. The beech was 5 minutes away and my mother in law who was 94 years old went there every day.The pools were maintained at 85 degrees such that my grand daughter could not wait to jump in every morning. The property was gated and we felt like we were in a 5 star hotel. Thanks to Kurt who made sure everything was perfect."

  • Convenient, Clean, Renovated, Owner Easy to Work With

"This house is great for family use on a Vanderbilt Beach vacation. Home is clean and newly renovated. The owner Pam is very easy to communicate with and quick to respond to all inquiries and concerns. Location is just a short bike ride from public beach access (2 adult beach cruisers / 1 child's bike provided and there is also a bike rental shop 2 miles down the road). The neighborhood is more blue collar /working class in comparison to other areas of Vanderbilt Beach, but the home is nicely landscaped for privacy and the street is very quiet and safe. The pool and kitchen are perfect areas for family entertaining and hanging out. Kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and there are lots of pool toys to keep people of all ages entertained. We will definitely be recommending this house for family and friends."

  • A Wowzer of a Vacation!!

"My wife and I, her 88 year old mom, and our daughter and her fiancee spent April 5th to 13th, 2015 at this perfect vacation paradise. All of us thought this vacation was right at the top of our travels! Everything promised was waiting for us from the superb home to the incredible views. We loved being 15 minutes from the beach, and it was just that, a nice 15 minute walk which some days we did twice, once in the morning to grab coffee and a paper at the Beach Store and again in the afternoon to take the available beach chairs and umbrellas and enjoy a swim, sitting on the beach, and long beach walks. Daily decisions were tough - stay by the pool, sit on the dock and wait to see a dolphin or try fishing, walk to the beach, or take a drive to Naples, or one of the plethora of stores in the area. We liked Randy's Seafood where we were able to select from a huge variety of seafood to grill for dinner. Tom was as the other reviews suggest, an incredible host, always available and on top of things. During our eight day stay everything ran like clockwork. Thanks Tom for making your home available to others!"
