  • What a superb stay!!!

"Myself, my husband, son, daughter and son-in-law have just had 9 wonderful nights in this lovely house. The house was exceptionally clean and very spacious, everything was there that we had expected and a few little extras. It was a real home from home. The pool area was where we spent most of our time, the view was spectacular and the pool was perfect. Our stay was made extra special with the appearance of 2 dolphins on our last day swimming past the dock. This area of Naples is exactly where we wanted to be - close to the beach, restaurants, the Mercato shopping centre and other attractions. We would love to return soon. Thank you Tom for letting us use your beautiful home."

  • Perfect Place

"Rented this home by calling the owner, Roman who was very helpful. Had little time for beach, but my adult son and his girlfriend had fun biking everywhere (rentals nearby), and they jogged around the streets everyday. Close to everything! My husband and I used the time to try and find a home in this neighborhood. Roman's house is large and open and has everything you need for a vacation or getaway. We did sit by the pool and enjoyed the piece and quiet. We barbecued only one day in order to watch the World Cup. The rest of the time we tried all the places nearby and also went one night to 5th Ave in Olde Naples. We had been to Naples in March and rented another home in Naples Park that didn't compare to this home. If we go back before we buy a home, we will go back to this one."

  • awesome as always!!

"I have rented this particular condo many times. It is my favorite for several reasons. The owner is easy to deal with, the unit is well appointed , the view is incredible and the fact that it is an end unit gives me { a women traveler} safety comfort as no windows face the hall way, plus theres extra breeze on the lanai due to the corner screen. There is also a ceiling fan on the lanai, nice for if you stay in the warmer months not all units have one. You don't have to pack up your whole group to "go" to the beach, it is an easy walk, every one can come and go as they please, beach, two pools, and at least 5 wonderful restaurants. I enjoy cooking/grilling about half the time and dine out 1/2. Could get by without a car if you simple came for the beach and meals out, or could rent a bike for minimal groceries. However I always rent a car cuz I have places I like to go, to the pier, loads of shopping , other further off restaurants, maybe a trip to Marco island. Dont hesitate to book this unit , just not when I want to be there hahaha."

  • Nice home!

"My family and I stayed at this rental home for a week at the end of July. We had a wonderful time. My kids really enjoyed the pool (ages four and six). There were six adults, one teenager, two little kids, and a dog. There was plenty of room. We never once felt like we were all on top of each other. The kitchen served us well, we cooked several dinners, lunches, and breakfasts too. The location was nice, close to a Trader Joe's, Publix (grocery store), shops, and downtown Naples. The beach was about a 15 minute drive but it wasn't a bad drive. We had three cars between us and there was plenty of parking. The week we stayed, the city was doing road maintenance on the street but it wasn't really an issue. We really enjoyed a lot of what Naples had to offer (sunset cruise, paddle boarding, days at the beach, miniature golf with the little kids, and seafood restaurants) then returned home at the end of the day. The day we arrived we noticed the air conditioner wasn't cooling. We called the property manager listed on the contact sheet provided. He was able to get a repairman out that night (around 8pm) and the a/c was fixed. Yay! Later on the in the week, we went to use the grill on the back porch and noticed the propane tank was empty. My father went to Walmart and bought an exchange. I emailed the owner about the issue and he promptly responded that he would reimburse me for the expense with my security deposit (he did). All in all, we enjoyed our stay at this house. I would recommend to others."
