"If I could, I would probably give the place 4 1/2 stars, however choosing between 4 and 5 starts options, I choose 5* without hesitations. Some small things (which I reported to the owner) in no way diminished our vacation experience. Yes, the place is not Ritz Carlton which you can see from your balcony, however if you are on a budget, the place is just perfect. It's clean, well stocked, and perfectly located just a short walk from one of the best beaches. Having a cart with beach umbrellas and chairs was priceless.... Lisa, thank you so much for being such a wonderful host, we will definitely be back."Guest: Boris B. Date of Stay: August 2014 Review Submitted: September 8, 2014View listing
"Our family of 5 stayed at this condo for our summer vacation and we absolutely loved it! The location is perfect; steps away from the beach, pool, restaurants, and shopping. The condo itself was very clean with plenty of home amenities! We all enjoyed the large family pool, with zero entry, for the one day it was open. It was closed for landscape updates almost the whole week we were there; no fault of owner or management, just timing of our vacation. We had a wonderful time! Thank you, Steve, for sharing your beautiful condo with our family! We hope to return soon!"Guest: Stephanie B. Date of Stay: July 2014 Review Submitted: August 4, 2014View listing
"My family had a great time staying at the house. It's a beautiful home in a perfect location. The pool and canal/waterfront and the spacious lanai were just the highlights! We stayed at the house for a week for my parents' 50th wedding anniversary and had five adults staying in the home - plenty of space for all of us and then some. More than enough room even if you have visitors over for dinner. Really enjoyed the pool and watching the sunrise (and a lunar eclipse!) on the canal. The saltwater pool is great - doesn't make your bathing suit or body smelly with chlorine or turn your hair green. The colorful pool lights at night are a nice touch - although we couldn't figure out how to turn on the outdoor lights in the landscaping by the pool. Also, we would bring beach towels next time. The house is in a great location - close to plenty of shopping and restaurants and the beach. So close to Mercato and there's plenty of entertainment there. (For excellent Italian food, a great indoor/outdoor bar and impeccable service, check out Cafe Alfredo at the Galleria Shops at Vanderbilt!) Home was on a very quiet street. The Naples Park area is quite pretty and it's a nice neighborhood to take a walk around. Only experienced one minor household issue and the owner was quick to respond to my email about it and a handyman came by to fix it soon after. Nice to have flat-screen TVs in each bedroom. Would have liked cable in the bedrooms but we didn't go to Florida to watch TV, did we?! Closets in the bedrooms were very nice, too. Appreciated having plenty of hangers. The beds comfortable and bedding is nice. Also nice to have ceiling fans in the bedrooms. The home's layout is unique that the master bedroom is on the other side of the house from the other bedrooms. The house is also equipped with plenty of night lights, which was nice. We hope to be back again someday!"Guest: Kara Date of Stay: October 2014 Review Submitted: October 27, 2014View listing
"I stayed in this beautiful condo for 4 weeks to work on a book and to then vacation with my fiance. The condo itself is well appointed, very clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. It felt like, and was, home, from the moment I walked in. The lanai is screened and spacious -- perfect for dining and relaxation. The master suite is especially wonderful – a very comfortable bed, large adjoining bathroom, and best of all, a view of Channel from the lanai. The condo’s pool was wonderfully maintained and a great size. The location of the condo can’t be beat – an easy walk to the beach, and close to 41/Tamiami Trail. Close to Publix, the Mercato, and other shopping and dining. Because the beach is right next to Delnor Wiggins State Park, it was much less crowded than further up Vanderbilt Beach. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with, and all arrangements were made seamlessly. I highly recommend this property, and hope to return regularly!"Guest: Beth P.
