  • Exellent, well-kept property in a great location

"This is the second time we rented this excellent property. The house is spacious and very well-kept, with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, living room and sitting rooms, i.e. a lot of room to spread out. The kitchen set-up is excellent, and all the serveware, pots/pans, etc. are high quality. The owners also provide a beach pass to the Moorings association's private beach -- a real treasure that includes free parking (with attendant) and a lovely beach and park area, and bathroom. Whether you want a nice beach day or just a place to be seaside under the park trees to read the paper, this is a GREAT place. The house itself is perfect for us. The layout is described above, with master bedroom on one side of the kitchen and living room areas, and two smaller bedrooms and bathrooms on the other side -- gives some privacy. We really love this style of one-floor Florida house - spacious without being one of the tacky McMansions that have unfortunately sprouted around Naples. It's a real feeling of why you love Florida. The pool is excellent -- easy to heat, cage overall to catch any blowing leaves or bugs, comfortable chairs and table, partially shaded. The surrounding yard is beautifully landscaped and affords some privacy from other houses in the area. The location is great. A short drive or bike-ride to the coast, on the west side of Tamiani Trail, in a nice residential neighborhood. There are many restaurants in a short drive (or again, bike ride.) Close to old Naples, Third or Fifth Avenue shopping, etc - we really love Naples. Take advantage of the many events in the park, the Art Association, nature center... The Everglades is not a far drive for more adventurous nature-lovers. Nice art scene and cosmopolitan feel with some great restaurants. There are many extras at the house -- bicycles, beach towels, washer/dryer, etc. Believe me -- if I didn't have this "job thing" going, I'd be happy to stay year round."

  • Better than we could have imagined . . .

"When planning our trip to Putter Point Drive, I had visions of how wonderful our family vacation would be. What I hadn't accounted for was that our stay would be so AMAZING that I and the rest of my family would want to come back every year! I couldn't have imagined a better house for our three girls (4, 2 & 8 months). Every detail of this house was perfect for our family vacation. The many toys, games, pool & beach "stuff", down to the necessities for the baby (high chair, crib & even baby spoons!) made for fun-filled days. We felt so at home in the house that it almost felt as if it were our vacation home. Everything was so convenient for us . . . especially the beach! But not as convenient as the beautiful pool that was a few steps away. After a tiresome day at the beach/pool we were able to cook up a nice meal on the grill. I could go on and on and on about this wonderful property, which I have to all of my friends and colleagues. I have told all of them, especially those with young families, that if they ever travel to Naples, this is THE property that they need to book. The only disclaimer is that they can't request it for the time that we want to go!! Thank you so much to Holly and Pat for making this such a wonderful experience for us. And believe me when I say that as long as you'll have us, we will be back!! You made our family vacation a dream vacation. We have many fond memories from this trip and hopefully will have many more to come!"

  • April Vacation

"We can't say enough positive things about this home. It was much nicer than even the photos suggested. Plenty of space, very neat and clean. I still can't believe Andrew and his family open their home to guests! We are a family of 6 and to stay in this home was much more comfortable and economical than staying in a hotel (we always need 2 rooms). A+ in every way. Oh, and I had foot surgery and alternate between crutches and a knee walker. I found it very easy to get around in this home!"
