  • The perfect spot

"For me, this could not have been better! The pool was very nice, the view was spectacular- just as the picture shows across the pool you see the river and the conservation land; it was like it was all yours. The condo was set up to house 4 easily but still comfortable for one. The location between Englewood beach, Placida fishing/arts village and Port Charlotte was excellent. If only I had brought a fishing pole! Thank you for a quiet place for my stay."

  • Port Charlotte Vacation

"We picked this house based on the pictures of the lanai and pool. The outside of the home wasn't as nice as others we had looked at on line, so we were a little skeptical, but what we found was an awesome gem of a house. The rooms were huge, especially the open floor plan great room. The master suite was on one side of the house and all the guest bedrooms on the other. The kitchen even had a walk in pantry! The house was stocked with everything from beach towels to regular towels to soaps to paper products to pots and pans and dishes and some appliances. There were blankets and pillows and linens and just anything you could think of. As we expected, the pool and lanai were to die for. The lanai almost ran the distance of the entire house! They had water toys and bikes and the most unique lanai furniture. And the pool temperature was like bath water. Dreamy. We were in Port Charlotte looking for a house and we did not find one single house with as nice a floor plan and the amount of space that this one has. We enjoyed our trip very much and would highly recommend this house."

  • Quiet Waters

"The property was exactly as expected. Nice quiet location, yet close to restaurants and grocery stores. Located well for sightseeing with lots to do close by. Doug was wonderful to deal with and promptly replied to several questions. Some poolside chairs were broken and when we notified him he immediately replied and new ones were delivered within two days. His main concern was that we were happy with the property. Relatives who visited one day were so impressed they said they would keep it in mind for a rental for relatives who visit. Sharkys restaurant which is about 10 minutes away was a favorite, fantastic seafood and prices. Also enjoyed The Fishery in Placida and of course Scoops for ice cream. Plenty of restaurants to choose from within 30 minutes drive."

  • Fun and Relaxing.

"This was our only destination for the Summer. The house was wonderful. It had everything you could need or want for a relaxing and fun vacation. It rain most of the time we were here but we found some good old fashion fun in the games, ping pong table and pool activities (when lightening was an issue) to do. The couch, chairs and beds were very comfortable. The decor was warm and inviting. We spent 80% of our vacation in the pool, sometimes just adrift on a noodle. The area had every shop in our town of Miami and a nearby mall. We went to Englewood Beach, very nice. We also traveled to Fiesta Key Beach, the #1 beach in the nation, with its powdery fine quartz foundation and beautiful waters. My 6 year old and mom had a blast. We made wonderful memories on this trip that will last for a long time coming."
