"We just had a awesome vacation!! The house is lovely with a lot of old time character, it is also very nicely decorated and very clean. We are a party of 5 and had lots of room. I loved the outside pool and the back yard! It was like a secret little paradise! The house is also in a quaint little town that is full of charm of its own! What a nice place lots to do, a park across the street with perfect sunsets and great restaurants within walking distance. It is also the perfect spot to for going off to other areas. while staying at the house we rented a boat and made it to cabbage key and Sanibel island for a day of shelling!"

"Wonderful property in a nice residential neighborhood. Huge, clean and comfortable home with a large lanai featuring a big pool and spa. The owners have provided everything you could possibly need. Would definitely recommend!"

"This house and property were beyond what we could have hoped for. As soon as we arrived, we felt at home. My husband and I were truly sad to leave, and are looking forward to an even longer stay next time. Dave, we really appreciate everything...."

"This was our first winter in Florida. We stayed 3 months. Next year, we'll stay 4 months. Punta Gorda is a great small town with lots of activities and restaurants in the downtown area. Small and quiet with no Spring Breakers. Bike friendly city. The condo has a view of the heated pool and the canals. We used a small boat to explore the canals. Ideal for kayaks too. We saw a family of manatees one afternoon.
The condo was recently updated with bright tropical colors. The galley kitchen was very well equipped. The neighbors were welcoming and friendly and invited us to join in their weekly Friday poolside social. Ft Myers and Port Charlotte are half hour drive for cultural activities. Beaches are a longer drive."
