"We stayed in this lovely condo during July.... it was just as described! The owners were incredibly easy to work with, and when there were slight issues, they were resolved in the blink of an eye. This is a great location (away and yet close) from really cool places. I highly recommend the boat to Caya Costa (from Pine Island) but check the weather first. The Perfect Cup in Matalacha is delicious for breakfast! I have young boys, they loved the pool, watching the Manatees, and walking through all of the boats! This is definitely one place we will return to again and again! Thank you for our little slice of heaven!"Guest: Amanda D. Date of Stay: July 2014 Review Submitted: September 2, 2014View listing
"My husband and I recently stayed at this home and had a great time. The home is very clean with updated appliances. We brought our 19 ft. Boat and the dock area was perfect. The garage area was huge with plenty of room for our boat and fishing gear. There is a park nearby with a nice large boat ramp. The home is within biking or a long walk to waterfront shops and restaurants. It is in a very nice neighborhood. The large heated pool was wonderful after a day out on the boat. The master bedroom is separate from the other bedrooms so very private and quiet. The king size bed had a mattress that was extremely comfortable with the softest sheets. Nice towels and plenty of them. Washer and dryer are high end front loader. My husband is very tall and the master bath shower was a large step-in which he really liked. The owner, Lisa, is so nice to work with. She is very gracious and tries to accommodate your every need. The home has WiFi so my husband was able to stay in touch with his office everyday. This was one of our most relaxing vacations. We thank Lisa for allowing us to rent her beautiful home and will definitely rent again when in Punta Gorda."Guest: Mary Ann B. "Very nice place. We spent a week there while preparing for our daughters wedding. Nice pool, very clean, quiet neighborhood and close to shops and attractions. We accommodated 5 adults and 1 baby!"Guest: Mindy Date of Stay: August 2014 Review Submitted: August 25, 2014View listing
"This was the best vacation our family ever had. We didn't want to leave this beautiful home. Justine's communication was excellent. The house was awesome with all the amenities of our own house. Bring your fishing rod because there is great fishing right from the dock. My son in law caught a 40 pound black drum right off the dock! The southern exposure of the lanai kept the sun off the covered area while you had full sun on the pool. The neighborhood is well manicured, clean and quiet. The master bedroom had a really great view down the canal. There are great restaurants minutes from the house. Unfortunately there was not enough time to everything we wanted, so I guess we are going to have to go back! There are also a lot of great beaches within an hour's drive. Be sure to visit Siesta Key beach."Guest: MICHAEL I. Date of Stay: June 2014 Review Submitted: July 5, 2014View listing
