"We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful Punta Gorda home. The location as perfect for teenagers -- basketball courts, walking/jogging trails across the street; restaurants, shops within walking distance as well. The pool was relaxing and we enjoyed sunbathing, swimming, sharing meals and playing cards on the patio. The upstairs boasts a huge open "loft" type area with a large King bed and full bath and also a large sitting area with a sofa sleeper. Just off of this area is another large bedroom with its own private bath. This was perfect for the teenagers! There was a TV in the loft area and in the bedroom. Downstairs was another bedroom with twin beds and access to a full bath. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed -- we just purchased food and beverages and some condiments. There were many beaches within a 20 -30 minute drive and the drive to Siesta Key was only about 45 minutes door to beach. We went on a Monday so there was little traffic en route and at the beach. We would definitely stay here again. The owners were so kind and accommodating!!"Guest: Diane B. Date of Stay: April 2014 Review Submitted: April 24, 2014View listing
"My husband and I went on a much needed vacation. We just got back from a 4 day stay at this condo and we both loved it! The condo was clean and comfortable and we used the pool and hot tub that is on the property almost every day. We are considering this the honeymoon we never had. Anyone that enjoys breathtaking beauty should visit Sanibel Island and Sarasota during their visit to Punta Gorda. We are interested in another trip to Punta Gorda in the future and we are sure to stay in this condo again! We rate this rental 5 stars all the way!"Guest: Amy S. "I wanted to find a place in Punt a Gorda that had a water view and was close to Fisherman's Village and downtown. This location was perfect. We took long walks every morning and everything was easy to get to. The condo was clean and furnished very comfortably and the owner was so nice and easy to work with. It was so peaceful sitting on the lanai watching boats and the fish jumping. The area is very quiet. We thoroughly loved our stay at the condo and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in Punt a Gorda Isles. We thought it was a perfect place to stay for us!"Guest: Suzanne Date of Stay: February 2014 Review Submitted: March 26, 2014View listing
"The month of February marked our second stay at Burnt Store Marina. Burnt Store is an awesome place. From the restaurants, golf, paths, fitness center and pools, Burnt Store is the best! We enjoyed karaoke at Portabellas and long walks along the piers! What views!! We stayed for the first time in this condo. What a great time! It was extremely clean and well stocked! Beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed the large closet off the master bedroom. We loved being close to the pool and just a short walk to the amazing boardwalk that allowed us sunset walks every evening. The golf course was great fun and we really enjoyed the aqua driving range. We would highly recommend this unit! We felt like we were at home during the entire month!! Thanks, Pat for all you did to make our stay so fun!!"Guest: Anita Date of Stay: February 2014 Review Submitted: March 4, 2014View listing
