  • Excellent rental!

"This was our first experience with VRBO and we will definitely be doing it again. The owner was very easy to work with and returned calls and emails promptly. The property is nicely maintained and was exactly as described. I would highly recommend this property for a nice relaxing vacation. The subdivision is nice and quiet, but still close to some stores and restaurants."

  • Beautiful condo. More than we expected.

"We stayed in this unit for the month of Feb 2015 and enjoyed every minute of it. This condo is beautifully decorated and impressively furnished. It overlooks the marina and is close to the pool. The owner was a pleasure to work with and we would definitely rent this unit again."

  • Awesome vacation

"We just had a awesome vacation!! The house is lovely with a lot of old time character, it is also very nicely decorated and very clean. We are a party of 5 and had lots of room. I loved the outside pool and the back yard! It was like a secret little paradise! The house is also in a quaint little town that is full of charm of its own! What a nice place lots to do, a park across the street with perfect sunsets and great restaurants within walking distance. It is also the perfect spot to for going off to other areas. while staying at the house we rented a boat and made it to cabbage key and Sanibel island for a day of shelling!"

  • Very clean, well-equipped house

"My husband and I stayed in this house from Jan 1 to March 15 this year, with our grown children and toddler grandson joining us for a couple of weeks. The house is extremely well equipped, with more linens and towels than you'll ever need and every kitchen gadget you could ask for! The house layout is very nice with two master bedrooms at opposite ends of the house, each with their own large ensuite bathroom. The beds are very comfortable. The only downside is that the third bedroom occupant has no access to a bathroom without going through someone else's bedroom. The lanai and pool are lovely! The lanai faces east, which means not much afternoon sun in early winter, but by March this wasn't an issue. It's a bit of an inconvenience that the lanai has no covered area. When it rains, all the outside furniture gets soaked unless you bring all the cushions inside. The house is on a very quiet street in a lovely neighbourhood, and backs on to a canal for fishing or boating. There is very little car or boat traffic near the house. We brought our kayaks down and enjoyed paddling through the local canals or out to Fisherman's Village. Jo Ellen, the property manager, is readily available to look after your every need and she is wonderful to deal with!"
