"This is an excellent property for a getaway vacation. The unit is "spotless" and has been updated in the last 2 years with new furniture, appliances and flat screen TV's. The owners are phenominal people to rent from. This was our second year staying here and look forward to returning for several more years. We love the marina and taking our morning walks to go and watch the manatees."Guest: Teri Date of Stay: January 2012 Review Submitted: October 11, 2012View listing
"I wanted to find a place in Punt a Gorda that had a water view and was close to Fisherman's Village and downtown. This location was perfect. We took long walks every morning and everything was easy to get to. The condo was clean and furnished very comfortably and the owner was so nice and easy to work with. It was so peaceful sitting on the lanai watching boats and the fish jumping. The area is very quiet. We thoroughly loved our stay at the condo and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in Punt a Gorda Isles. We thought it was a perfect place to stay for us!"Guest: Suzanne Date of Stay: February 2014 Review Submitted: March 26, 2014View listing
"I loved this condo!! The condo was very clean and spacious as well as the surrounding property. The pool area is very well maintained, plently of lounge chairs, hot tub, and 2 grills with tables to enjoy a nice bbq meal. We prefered to take our meal back upstairs to enjoy on the lanai and sun deck and watch the beautiful sunset. We already booked our return visit for next year!"Guest: The Snow Birds!
