"We just spent two wonderful months in this spacious house. We were very happy with the lovely decorator touches, the cleanliness, the very comfortable beds and the complete furnishings. The bed was the most comfortable we have ever found in a rental. The lanai and pool were perfect to enjoy the wonderful weather and view. Sitting on the dock watching Blue Terns fly by and the Snook jumping. The neighborhood is wonderful and a neighbor even stopped his boat and took us out for a sail one day. Punta Gorda Isles is a wonderful community. Very friendly and quiet but close to the very nice town of Punta Gorda, wonderful restaurants and activities. Bob was a very gracious host who was most accommodating to our every wish. We have been using VRBO for several years and this was by far our best experience. Nothing at all negative to say about the house or the community."Guest: Paul R. Date of Stay: January 2014 Review Submitted: March 1, 2014View listing
"We stayed in this lovely condo during July.... it was just as described! The owners were incredibly easy to work with, and when there were slight issues, they were resolved in the blink of an eye. This is a great location (away and yet close) from really cool places. I highly recommend the boat to Caya Costa (from Pine Island) but check the weather first. The Perfect Cup in Matalacha is delicious for breakfast! I have young boys, they loved the pool, watching the Manatees, and walking through all of the boats! This is definitely one place we will return to again and again! Thank you for our little slice of heaven!"Guest: Amanda D. Date of Stay: July 2014 Review Submitted: September 2, 2014View listing
"Very nice place. We spent a week there while preparing for our daughters wedding. Nice pool, very clean, quiet neighborhood and close to shops and attractions. We accommodated 5 adults and 1 baby!"Guest: Mindy Date of Stay: August 2014 Review Submitted: August 25, 2014View listing
"We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful Punta Gorda home. The location as perfect for teenagers -- basketball courts, walking/jogging trails across the street; restaurants, shops within walking distance as well. The pool was relaxing and we enjoyed sunbathing, swimming, sharing meals and playing cards on the patio. The upstairs boasts a huge open "loft" type area with a large King bed and full bath and also a large sitting area with a sofa sleeper. Just off of this area is another large bedroom with its own private bath. This was perfect for the teenagers! There was a TV in the loft area and in the bedroom. Downstairs was another bedroom with twin beds and access to a full bath. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed -- we just purchased food and beverages and some condiments. There were many beaches within a 20 -30 minute drive and the drive to Siesta Key was only about 45 minutes door to beach. We went on a Monday so there was little traffic en route and at the beach. We would definitely stay here again. The owners were so kind and accommodating!!"Guest: Diane B. Date of Stay: April 2014 Review Submitted: April 24, 2014View listing
