  • Beautiful Place to Relax !

"What a great place to vacation ! We had 4 adults and 3 teen girls and plenty of room and plenty of showers for the girls. The kitchen was fully equipped, as we did not have one item missing. We all enjoyed the heated pool and spa. We grilled out every day and enjoyed the lanai. This was our 11th year we have rented a home in Florida, and by far the best. The 15 minute drive to the beach sure beat driving over the Fort Myers Bridge in the years when we have stayed there. The girls rode the provided bikes several days, and the table tennis/ping pong table got a work out. The property managers were friendly, available and helpful the two times we had a question. We would love to think we can find an opportunity to return. Thank you to Lesley for making the before and after procedures easy !"

  • Quiet, Private Plenty of Sun, Great Pool

"A great highlight was the early morning visit in the back yard of three teenage bobcats who stopped to check us out as we enjoyed our breakfast. As we enjoy boating on the Gulf we were able to park the boat in the garage - fast and easy access to launch. Many good area restaurants, especially enjoy Pink Elephant and South Beach Grill on Boca Grande."

  • 2 Families Loved this home

"We stayed here 3/29- 4/5/14 very comfortable, beautiful, well kept up home. Perfect for 2 families with having the 2 master suites. Pool was wonderful and we used the hot tub heated extra cost for 5 days, since evenings were a bit cooler. View from the back screened pool area showed a natural Florida with Galinules, Great Egrets, 6-7 foot alligator, tricolored heron, night heron, anhingas, and cormorants. The Cape Haze Pioneer bike/walking trail was a short bike ride away with an Bald Eagles nest and 2 young immature eagles learning to fly. We brought our own bikes but Alan had a couple of nice bikes in the garage. The family room/kitchen was int he center of the home with the large patio doors which slid completely open to the screened pool area. Everyone had fun."

  • Beautiful Vacation Home

"Everything is on point in this home. Great floorplan, beautiful upscale furnishings, many touches with the vacationer in mind right down to the beach chairs and beach bags. The pool is glorious and heated just perfectly. from the moment you drop your luggage complete and utter comfort. the owner is very friendly and answered my exhausting number of questions prior to arrival and even checked with me during our stay to make sure all was accommodating our needs. Loved it so much I am booking again in just a few weeks. The home also accommodates those with disability, the showers are step less and large, very comfortable and upscale. the perfect vacation. The area has too Many great things to see and do! Beaches, restaurants, wildlife. The golf course in the back of the home is serene, many birds, just lovely and makes the lanai pool area extremely private."
