  • Awesome home!

"We just returned from staying 9 days at this wonderful villa and loved every minute of it. The house was clean and very comfortable, with just about anything you would need. It was large enough that the two of us couples didn't get in each other's way. The pool is fabulous, and I must admit, I spent most of my time while we were at the house out on the lanai. Mother Nature was especially good to us, we had excellent weather with highs in the low 80's and low humidity. I am glad we had our GPS, though, as it could be confusing entering and leaving Rotonda, but after a few days, we had no problems. Englewood Beach is within 15 minute drive. We drove up to Siesta Key one day (about 30 minutes away) and down to Ft. Myers Beach another day (about an hour). We went on a dolphin watch cruise around Lemon Bay with Lemon Bay Tours, highly recommend. All in all, I would definitely love to return to Rotonda West, and I would most definitely rent this villa again!"

  • One of a Kind!

"My wife and I have been wintering in Rotonda for 10 years and have always appreciated the villas we have stayed in. Tina's home sets a new standard of unmatched excellence. We expect rental Villas to be clean, functional and well appointed. Tina's villa is extrordinary. The location is ideal with sun on the pool deck all day. It is quiet and it is private. It is extremely well layed out for the two of us and if family or friends visit over night they can enjoy their own privacy in a separate wing of the home. The furnishings are more than comfortable and the kitchen is equipped with virtually everything you could imagine or want whatever your culinary skills might require. It is clear Tina takes a great deal of pride in the ownership of her home and it shows. We hope to make this our winter destination for many years to come."

  • Great and spacious villa

"We had a fabulous time in your spacious and bright and very clean villa. The neighbourhood is very quiet and peaceful. I would mention we missed not having a garbage disposer in the sink. Also the wi fi in one the bedrooms on the bedside table is not a great idea healthwise , we had to turn it off at night... Thanks for the wonderful holidays!"

  • Beautiful Place to Relax !

"What a great place to vacation ! We had 4 adults and 3 teen girls and plenty of room and plenty of showers for the girls. The kitchen was fully equipped, as we did not have one item missing. We all enjoyed the heated pool and spa. We grilled out every day and enjoyed the lanai. This was our 11th year we have rented a home in Florida, and by far the best. The 15 minute drive to the beach sure beat driving over the Fort Myers Bridge in the years when we have stayed there. The girls rode the provided bikes several days, and the table tennis/ping pong table got a work out. The property managers were friendly, available and helpful the two times we had a question. We would love to think we can find an opportunity to return. Thank you to Lesley for making the before and after procedures easy !"
