"Thanks Roger and Barb for renting to us again this year. Your Captiva condo is perfect for a January vacation away from a Midwest winter. We are repeat clients since 2012 and once again reserved a week for next year. Your condo is warm and comfortable and just steps away from the beach and swiming pool. We have enjoyed ourselves more each successive year. Thanks again"

"Lisa, we enjoyed our time at your condo in Sanibel. A special shout out to Sue, who couldn't have been nicer. And the place was immaculate. We appreciate your quick responses and attentiveness. We will surely get back in touch for our next visit! Doc Ford's was hands down the best restaurant we went to. The Yucatan shrimp (and everything else) was really first rate. We had no bad experiences anywhere. We did want to go to Mucky Duck on Captiva based on a rec from someone on the plane but it was closed for the week. Our next favorite place to eat was George and Wendy's Sanibel Grill, at the corner of Tarpon Bay Road and Periwinkle, near Bailey's Grocery store. Excellent seafood and the side dishes were interesting and good. We entered the key lime pie competition, eating two full pies during the week. One came from Jerry's grocery and the other from Bailey's grocery. Jerry's is a bit sweeter, Bailey's a bit tarter. We vote for Bailey's (and it's a dollar cheaper) but let personal taste prevail!
The nature center tram tour was quite educational, as was the shell museum. Since 70% of the island is reserved in its natural state, it's clear that Sanibel got a decades head start on conservation and preservation. And the neatness of everything was so impressive. Yards, streets, bicycle paths and roadsides everywhere were clean and kept beautifully.
Thanks again for all your personal attention."

"We had a family vacation to celebrate my husbands 50th birthday. The renters were amazing to work with and were so accommodating. The location of the house can't be beat. So close to the beach and the marina. We loved spending time at the teach and then coming back to play in the pool. The house had great accommodations and we loved all of the open gathering spaces. It was great for families and children. We can't wait to go back and stay there again. Super clean!!!!!!"

"My family thoroughly enjoyed our two weeks on Sanibel. The condo was even better in person than shown in the pictures. It was extremely clean, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well appointed (without a doubt the most completely equipped of any condo I have ever stayed in), the lanai was large and perfectly situated for taking in the beautiful sunsets, the location relative to everything on the island was ideal and the parking was extremely convenient. I could go on and on, but I will just say that I would not have changed anything!"
