"We had a wonderful stay at Sanibel. We have stayed at this property before but different unit. We especially liked having the larger master bath area.
Some units do not have double vanity in MB area and we needed the space. Everything was kept up nicely, the unit has excellent view."

"This is our first time on the island and my family and I love it here. The room cannot be any better. The location is perfect with an ocean view but not an ocean front price! The condo is in amazing shape and has everything a family would need. Frank and Jeanne have made this place special and family friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants something special at a discounted price. My family will definitely be back to visit the island and this unit. Thanks Frank and Jeanne for making our stay perfect!"

"Looking for a piece of beauty? This vrbo is worth the money. We spent a week in January enjoying all amenities this condo had to offer. First off we liked looking out at the rolling waves from the third floor. I personally liked to walk up the stairs but for those who did not like the hike up the stairs a elevator was available. The hot tub and pool were very enjoyable. I am a clean freak and I give this condo high ratings for cleanliness. My family also likes to cook. The kitchen was wonderful with top of the line pans and knives. The location is central on the island. We rented bikes and liked taking off to see ding darling national wild life refuge one day and heading off to the lighthouse the next. We enjoyed puzzles and Yahtzee at night. The tv was not on much so I can't speak much about available channels. Wifi was easy to use although our phone service was very poor (tmobile)...but I didn't mind I was in vacation...I didn't want to talk on the phone!"

"We had another wonderful stay at the Sandpiper Villa rental on Captiva. This home is very accommodating. Being from Lansing, we were especially happy to see a new addition - a very large hi-def tv to watch our MSU Spartans in the Final Four. The furniture throughout is very comfortable. We go to Captiva to fish and relax (in that order.) Everything is within a very short walk from the house, whether you prefer throwing a line from the dock across the street, or fishing from the beach. We rented a pontoon twice during the week from Jensen's marina across the street and had a nice fish fry. The restaurants are right around the corner. Our favorite, Doc Ford's, is a little further down the road, but still within walking distance. We've learned through the years that you really don't need more than a carry-on with a few clothes (other than fishing gear) when staying here because of the washer/dryer. Restaurants are very casual. I can't imagine renting anywhere else. We're already booked for next year. Thanks, Mary!"
