"We have just returned from four weeks at this property and I could not recommend it highly enough. We were two couples and it suited us as in effect we had two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms which was what we were looking for. Sanibel is such a relaxing and friendly and safe feeling place. I have to praise the owner highly. If we had any queries and problems he got back to us so promptly by email and the one occasion we had to phone him. His open and friendly manner was so welcoming. The price for four weeks was excellent. We had never spent four weeks in one place before but the area offers so much. We enjoyed particularly a boat trip by Captiva Cruises, a visit to the Edison Ford Winter Estate, the Ding Darling Wildlife Refuge, the fishing pier and the beaches. In four weeks we never ran out of places to eat. The restaurants on the island are numerous and you will not run out of different places to eat in four weeks. We particularly liked Doc Ford's, Jacaranda and Cips among others. The barbecue at the villa also saw lots of use and was excellent. We certainly found our little paradise both the villa and the place. We hope to be back!"

"The accommodation and island is that good I am tempted to say it's dreadful to stop others from going. I could not find fault though and the island reminds of the type of place I imaged the States to be 30 years ago ( I am English). It is quiet, it is polite it's a one off. I will be back. This is a unique holiday location."

"We were in need of a relaxing get away for two. The condo will easily sleep 6 comfortably, but was perfect for the two of us.
We thoroughly enjoyed staying in Kathy and Denis's Sanibel Island home. The condo is beautiful --- clean and well appointed ---with a spectacular location. We enjoyed early morning coffee on the porch, watching the sky warm up and people walking the beach, followed by breakfast on the lanai. Days were spent exploring the island on rented bikes, with afternoon/evening cocktails on the beach ---great beach chairs and umbrellas provided ---followed by a walk down the beach to see the sunset. The unit is just footsteps from the beach ---so convenient --- the beach area is uncongested.
The condo is very comfortable, with everything one needs. We didn't want to leave and hope to return. Denis and Kathy, thank you for a great vacation!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Blind Pass! The condo had everything we
needed and we loved the location at the quieter end of the island (much less traffic). The condo is a very short walk to the beach (5 min) and having the kayaks available to explore the estuary was great. The weather was perfect every day - lucky us! Gulf water was warm enough for swimming! Grounds, pool and tennis courts are nicely maintained. We biked and kayaked a lot and saw wonderful wildlife in the estuary and at Ding Darling. Highly recommend a guided kayak tour with a naturalist in Ding Darling through the Tarpon Bay company. Island Cow on Sanibel and Key Lime Bistro on Captiva were our favorite restaurants. Watching sunset on condo beach and at Mucky Duck on Captiva were also highlights. Betty was very helpful in responding to questions and making arrangements. Sanibel is truly a natural wonder. Hope to return sometime soon!"
