  • Outstanding vacation

"Dave, my wife and I want to thankyou for sharing your great condo. You have it stocked with everything that is needed to have a outstanding vacation. We had coffee each mourning out on the launia, enjoying the peace and quite. After our coffee we then walked the beach each day working up an appetite for breakfast. Highly recommend The over easy cafe and the Sanibel cafe. For supper we recommend Rosies, Blue Giraffe, and Jerry's. Dave you have a very nice condo, the view is outstanding. We hope to use this condo again. Thank you Jim and Sue."

  • Perfect Vacation!

"This is such a great condo, and Sandy was so accommodating with our schedule. The condo was super clean and decorated so cute. Loved the screened in porch and this was as close to the beach as anything else on Sanibel. Perfect location. We loved that you could rent bikes for the whole week very inexpensively and we were right next door to the best key lime pie on the island at the Sand Bar. 2 things that would be helpful for when you book this condo (and you definitely should) is that there wasn't a hair dryer or beach towels. This is not a problem since the managing company has both, but just make sure that if you need those things, you realize it during office hours. They are not there on Sunday. Also, bring your own salt and pepper and any spices. Sometimes condos have those, but my understanding is that in Sanibel they aren't suppose to have any food there."

  • Surrounded by Nature!

"We have been going to Sanibel and Captiva for a number of years and have stayed all over. This place has everything you need. A short walk through and past a couple units and you hit the white sand. This place has a screened porch which is great for outdoor dining and wonderful to watch an osprey, ibis or pelican fly around. It is nicely updated with a beach theme. If you bring or rent bikes, you can quickly get to the main strip for dining or shopping. It is also a short bike ride to the best ice cream you will ever have, Pinocchio's Ice Cream. It is all homemade there. This is nice living in old school FL and surrounded by nature!"

  • First time in Sanibel

"I had not been to Sanibel before and a friend told me of this condo. The owner was VERY accomodating and rented it for a short stay (appreciate that). It was very quiet, beach was beautiful and we had the pool all to ourselves. Weather cooperated and it was sunny every day. The condo was comfortable and clean (2nd bathroom needs updating) Loved the restaurants (Doc Browns was awesome) . I would have given this an excellent rating but internet speed was horrible. I am planning to go back again in 2015 and will try and rent this same condo."
