"Enjoyed my stay in Sanibel last weekend. My accommodations were everything I expected! Whether you choose to visit the island solo, as a couple, or with an entourage of family and/or friends this home is for you. There are three (3) spacious bedrooms that include a private full bath for each; a spacious living room to watch TV in; a comfortable couch should you decide to start that favorite book you’ve been waiting all year to read! Just off the living room is a set of French doors where you will find four (4) colorful Adirondack chairs to sink into and admire the picturesque palm trees and greenery; all while listening to the sweet sounds of Florida’s ecosystem in your own private setting.
Don’t worry if the heat is getting to you – just walk down the stairs to where you will find a beautifully tiled in-ground pool and whirlpool where your body will naturally sink into.
Do you have an exercise routine you want to continue on vacation? Don’t worry this home has you covered. Equipped with three (3) bicycles for you to venture out on the sunny island with. Sanibel is bike friendly as they have separate roadways for bike riders and walkers. Oh, yes, I said walkers should you choose to walk instead. Waking up to sunshine everyday certainly set me in a positive motion and it will do the same for you. I really enjoyed my stay on the island in this particular home – it had all the amenities I craved and then some. I promise you won’t be disappointed, but I must warn you, this home is addicting!"

"Sanibel reminds me of my childhood vacations in Florida (before hi-rise hotels and over-development). This cottage is a classic beach house, but it's bright with lots of windows and a cheery decor. The location is a couple blocks from the best shelling beach. The bike trail is right across the street. Who needs a car? The house is well-maintained and well-supplied with all you need. It's big enough to have the kids and grandkids (for a weekend) especially with a warm pool. The owner is very good about answering all questions immediately! Yes, I would recommend it to friends who are tired of condo living - it's quiet and private. Though there are many restaurants nearby, we enjoy our own cooking. We recommend the Shell Museum, the kayak trail in Ding Darling, all the bike trails and of course, collecting shells."

"This was our second time staying on Sanibel. We thought we were hooked the first year but after staying in this gorgeous beach house we have fallen in love. Our first year on Sanibel was in a resort setting which was also beautiful. But nothing will compare to the privacy and beauty of this house. The photos online are beautiful however cannot do justice to the real beauty of this house. The kitchen is by far the best part of the house. It is GIANT and to say it is beautiful is an understatement. Fully stocked with everything you could need as well. All the decor in the house is wonderful. The house was absolutely spotless on arrival, and like I said the pictures don`t do it justice. The private backyard oasis is what made the vacation for us. We are beach lovers so we spent every single day on the beach but by 5 o o`clock when our small children had enough ocean water they loved coming back to our personal heated pool. Next to the pool was a garage stocked with EVERY SINGLE pool toy or beach toy you could ever need. Including a beach trolley with chairs for the beach to make transporting all your toys (and coolers) to the beach easy. Not that it was far, open the gate and it is about a 30 second walk to the beautiful Sanibel beach. The house only has two bedrooms but one of them has an extra daybed which was perfect for our 3 year old. Also, next to the pool there is a separate guest bedroom with it`s own keyed access. We did not need this room but would love to go back with our family so we could use it! We loved the quiet private street that the house was on and loved taking the bikes that were provided to the store everyday. I would highly highly recommend this house to anybody!!"

"This was the third, month long visit for my wife and me. During our stay we were visited by our children and grandchildren. The house is roomy, clean and well appointed. Our two grandchildren especially enjoyed the loft with its twin beds and tv. The master bedroom is roomy with its own bath and a slider to a deck overlooking the pool. It is especially enjoyable for all the company in the afternoon watching the colors change in the western sky. There is also an outside dining area that is screened and surrounded by foliage. Great place for breakfast and the evening meal...a great home. The house is next to a large, clean and heated pool...never a crowd in that there are only nine homes in Sealoft Village. Next to the pool is a tennis court in very good condition...it is almost always open to play. From the pool, it's a pleasant stroll on a boardwalk to a beautiful beach that is sparsely populated. One can look to the left to the Sundial and right towards the public beach and see crowds while this beach is wide open. Dolphins appear almost everyday in mid-morning...nice sight while sipping your second coffee on your beach chair. Obviously the location is excellent. It's only a mile to Jerry's supermarket....a pleasant bike ride for those small purchases. A variety of great restaurants are only a short drive away..can't wait to return to the island."
