"Frequent visitor to the SW Florida Area and often to Sanibel. We sought out a place on the southern edge of Sanibel where you can see both a Sunrise and a Sunset by just taking a few strides down the beach. Many of the places in this location can get a little busy this time of year. The Island Beach Club was a quiet well kept place whose patios face mostly outward which ads to the quiet as well.
The condo was fabulous. Newly decorated and seems to have everything you need. The kitchen is well appointed, and has new appliances (ice maker, cold water dispenser in the fridge, coffee maker etc). They furnished beach chairs, sun umbrellas, and pool noodles for the kids too. The only thing you might have to remember to grab at the store are spices for cooking but that you won't find in any condo. The owners were very professional and responsive and left us a note along with a large book of Sanibel ideas on the coffee table.
Right on the bike path, a short ride from any side of the island, including the lighthouse, the kayaks, Ding Darling or Captiva.
We hope to come back again soon"

"We had an awesome time in Sanibel. The Beach, the condo and the weather were just perfect. We enjoyed the great view and breeze in the lanai, cooked in the well equipped kitchen and found the spacious, clean, well stocked condo very comfortable for my husband, daughter and I. Wifi worked without any issues as did the other electronics. The proximity to the beach was great and we were able to take long walks multiple times a day. The Island was very nice. We visited Ding Darling and took the tram tour, went to Corkscrew swamp and made a day trip to Shark Valley, Everglades. We spent half a day in Naples and enjoyed the sunset from the causeway and Blind Pass Beach. Pinnochio's ice cream was great and Bailey's had everything we needed including gluten free foods. Danette was a pleasure to work with and we look forward to going back and will surely contact her again to see if the apartment will be available then."

"We were lucky enough to stay in this beautiful condo at the Island Beach Club from 1/17-1/31/15. It's a west-facing corner unit with amazing ocean views and a really nice screened-in lanai facing the ocean. Loved hearing the waves break on the beach and watching the sunsets. The kitchen was well equipped, the new furniture was very comfortable, and we appreciated having a nice patio set on the lanai as that's where we were whenever we were home. Very clean as well! The owners provided beach and pool equipment which we appreciated. We love the Island Beach Club as it's oceanfront, has a great heated pool and the people there are very nice and friendly. It's convenient to shopping, restaurants, the movie theater and Ding Darling Wildlife Refuge. Am returning next year as we loved our stay here. Highly recommended!!"

"We were lucky to find P3B back in 2000 when we had to locate a vacation spot that allowed pets. We fell in love with this condo right from the start...so did our dachshund! It is clean and beautifully decorated. The owners spared no expense to provide everything you need for an enjoyable and relaxing get away. The welcoming feeling you get in P3B is second to none. From the comfortable furnishings to helpful hints on operating equipment, you can leave your worries behind and revel in this piece of paradise!
We have stayed at P3B every year since 2000. Since our retirement we now are able to stay a month and feel it is our "home away from home."
My husband loves fishing and has caught a wide variety of fish from a 25 pound Snook, Black Drum, Ladyfish, Sea Trout, Jack Crevalle and Pompano to name a few-- right from the shore in front of the complex!
P3B is a great location for stargazing, too! The dark, clear skies are perfect for viewing such deep sky wonders as Omega Centauri (globular cluster), Alpha Centauri and numerous other objects right from the comfort of the lanai! Binoculars are all you need.
The bicycles in the parking storage area are wonderful and our little dachshund loves her daily bike ride!
We love P3B and so will you!"
