"My wife and I spent a wonderful week at this condo. We had been to Captiva before but never stayed there. The place was everything the owner told us it was a more. Furnished with everything you could need! The place was spotless as was the entire resort. We loved the pool right out back that never seemed crowded, the beach, and the many restaurants within walking distance. We only moved our vehicle one time to drive to Sanibel for dinner. The owner provides many good suggestions for restaurants. We love the para sailing with YOLO."

"I just wanted to tell you how much we enjoyed your condo. At first, I was a little concerned by my kids’ "what are we going to do" reaction (especially our 14 yr old, ha). But that only lasted thru the first day and they realized that just like anywhere else -we have to make our fun. It doesn't just come to us. We turned out having more laughs in a week than I can remember.
Their favorite was definitely fishing. We rented a boat out of Jensens in Captiva and rode over to North Captiva for lunch and fished over and back. Good spot with outdoor ping pong, corn hole, ice cream/gift shop and outdoor lunch. On that trip, one son caught a baby shark and another small fish and our other son caught a kinda big mackerel. He had to work for it. They also did another fishing charter with friends staying in Ft Myers and caught over 20 fish between them. They have a new fever for fishing.
They also loved the tennis courts. We played every day. Neither of the boys were really into the beach but my husband and I appreciated that the most. We walked every day on the beach.Your place was so perfect and you can tell you thought of everything. It was a great, much needed getaway and a trip I know we will always remember."

"Quaint, clean condo with everything you need for a day at the beach. Clean linens, towels, beach chairs, kitchenware make the vacation super easy. Beautiful view of the sunset from the back porch. One block walk to beach, restaurants and town. We loved our stay!"

"This was our first trip to Captiva and we absolutely loved it. We were with extended family and the Bird of Paradise accommodated all needs. The younger children had toys to play with on the beach, along with umbrellas to sit under. The older children had games to play , movies to watch on a rainy day and ping pong, foosball and a pool table. After a morning at the beach, the swimming pool is very relaxing with an optional fountain to turn on. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils to meet all your cooking needs. However, if you would like to go to a restaurant, there are several within walking distance. The house itself felt more like a home than a vacation house. The bedrooms are set to sleep 10 comfortably. The furnishings are comfortable to sit on or take a nap. We utilized the marina to rent fishing poles and a boat for a half day fishing excursion. They were very easy to work with. We would recommend this property for a, large family, vacation."
