"Prepare to be WOWed. We are frequent Sanibel vacationers and always stay at a gulf front condo setting. We can honestly say this condo and complex exceeds all others we have stayed at---the various photos, condo descriptions and reviews are spot on. Once you arrive, you realize the pride in ownership really shows---it's comfortable and delivers on every level. After all is said, there are three key areas we expect to perfect to us..... Beds - a comfortable bed/mattress with very good linens; Bathrooms - clean, updated and large tiled showers; View - an incredible view of the Gulf and beach on the lanai. It's all here. The condo is very well equipped, modern, and cozy. Other nice and notable amenities include the complex being low density--quiet and convenient, a large functional elevator with carts to carry groceries and belongings, a nice pool, covered parking and a locked storage room with all beach needs included. Also, communication to and from Carol & Royal Shell was perfect. The worst part of staying at this condo.....is knowing you have to leave. If you are considering a stay at a Gulf front condo, look no further."

"This condo has it all! You walk in to a place that has everything you need to relax and unwind....and the view that you see when you walk in the door is unmatched! Beautiful lagoon, pool, beach and gulf...all in one view! This condo has everything you need for a beach vacation. It is centrally located on the island and close to everything. We rented bikes for the week and it is a great way to see and get around on the island. We went fishing one day and we would highly recommend Hey Mon fishing...he was great! The owner of the condo is very easy to work with, always accessible, and the whole rental process is seamless. We would definitely recommend this condo at Sand Pointe for anyone looking for that perfect vacation."

"This condo is just perfect in every way: comfortable furnishings, ideal location right on the beach, with lovely views at sunrise and sunset. The condo is equipped with everything you need--we cooked most of our meals there and enjoyed eating on the screened porch. Sand Pointe is conveniently located, so it's easy to get to Baileys Store for everything you may need. We rented bikes for the week and easily explored all parts of the island. It's an easy ride (or drive) to Ding Darling Wildlife Refuge--a wonderful place, especially if your enjoy bird watching! The beach in front of the condo is quiet and wide. We enjoyed every one of our sunny days here and unconditionally recommend staying here."

"This is such a great condo, and Sandy was so accommodating with our schedule. The condo was super clean and decorated so cute. Loved the screened in porch and this was as close to the beach as anything else on Sanibel. Perfect location. We loved that you could rent bikes for the whole week very inexpensively and we were right next door to the best key lime pie on the island at the Sand Bar. 2 things that would be helpful for when you book this condo (and you definitely should) is that there wasn't a hair dryer or beach towels. This is not a problem since the managing company has both, but just make sure that if you need those things, you realize it during office hours. They are not there on Sunday. Also, bring your own salt and pepper and any spices. Sometimes condos have those, but my understanding is that in Sanibel they aren't suppose to have any food there."
