"Extremely well appointed and cared for unit: from ample, solid cabinets and drawers, to fabulous lighting, abundant beach towels, and sharp knives. The kitchen is well equipped and functional, with every pot and pan one needs, and every tool-- from steamer to well stocked spice rack. The organization and functionality of the kitchen and entire place speak to a unit that must be used and loved by its owners. The owner is very responsive and great to work with as well!"

"Our family of five visited the island for the first time this year. It was wonderful! We immensely enjoyed our "home away from home" and found the accommodations to be very spacious, relaxing, clean, well-furnished, and absolutely delightful! We loved the open floor plan, which allowed everyone to feel connected during meal preparations or clean-up, and it also allowed us to enjoy the beautiful ocean view from all the main areas of the condo. We especially enjoyed having meals and down-time in the lanai, where we listened to the waves and felt the ocean breeze. Sooo relaxing!
It was so good to have a "private" pool and beach access. We were able to relax as well outside the condo as we were inside the condo due to the privacy and beautiful, clean environment of the pool and beach areas. The owners even provided extra beach towels for our outdoor use. We took advantage of the outdoor pool grills for dinner almost every night and could enjoy swimming while cooking dinner! Other outdoor blessings include the tennis courts and the walking/bike trail, which are within a stone's throw of the condo. So convenient for hopping on bikes and getting to the other side of the island easily.
This condo was a perfect fit for our family. Besides the updated kitchen and bathrooms, it is furnished with a washing machine and dryer for the clients' convenience. The living spaces and bedrooms were large and extremely comfortable. It felt so homey with books, games, movies, and televisions available if needed. We simply enjoyed the beauty of nature and time to relax together in this lovely space."

"This condo is easy to get to and is right on one of the many bike trails of Sanibel. The pool and BBQ are only steps away with four very nice gas grills for tenants use. The storage closet for beach gear was very well stocked, though it was due for a cleaning. The condo has great views, ample parking, clean grounds, and very safe/secure feeling. The rental process was flawless. The beach had better quality sand than anticipated (heard we would definitely need sand shoes - not true). The sanddollar moniker was well named as our kids easily found hundreds of them in the surf. During most times we were on the beach, it was very tranquil with a low density of other people. We went to most of the other beaches on the island and all are unique and different from each other, as are the shells that are found at each. Be sure to check out Jensen's Marina on Captiva for manatee sightings."

"Nice roomy condo for family of six. Plenty of room without for us to all do our thing - watch TV, clean shells, cook, play games, or relax on the lanai with a cold drink. Weather was amazing and shelling was great. Nice amenities at the condo as well. Easy access and parking."
