"My husband & I have been staying on Sanibel Island in the same condo for many years. We started by spending our anniversary in October every year at Sanibel Arms in C-6. We loved the condo and island so much that we began spending a week in April and another in October. We enjoy the beautiful landscaping, the quiet atmosphere and the friendly staff. The owner is also so accommodating that we plan to continue coming year after year. Nice, clean condo with washer/dryer right inside - very important as I have difficulty with mobility. I highly recommend this condo & Sanibel Arms."

"We loved Sanibel and booked the same condo to come back next year. Behind the condo is a grill and canal. We would sit out at night and watch the fish jump, and otters and even a Manatee swim by. We loved the pool area, friendly office staff, and shelling on the beach. Sanibel had great restaurants, we loved the bike path, the cool ocean breezes, and found it an easy drive from the Airport. This one is a gem."

"Three years ago we were looking for a place were we could do fishing, boating and relaxing on a beautiful Florida beach. We found it in Sanibel. This condo is affordable, clean, very comfortable, bright, close to the beach, nicely decorated and well stocked. We enjoyed the Chanel views from the bedroom. Both, owner and property manager provided excellent services that made our stay very enjoyable. A perfect get away!"

"This condo was a little slice of heaven..absolutely perfect and exactly what I was looking for in a place to stay on Sanibel island. The unit is on the second floor of a 2 story unit with a shared balcony and stairs facing the ocean. I would sit out there and read and enjoy the sea breeze. The condo itself was extremely clean and brightly decorated. It was small but it didn't feel small, it was very open and airy. The kitchen had everything I needed for my stay, I did cook quite a bit since that is easier than going out with a 7 year old. All the pans, pots and utensils were new or like new. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit which, again, with a 7 year old came in handy!! The bathroom seemed new and immaculately clean, not even the tiniest bit of mold between the tiles! In the bedroom there is a huge king size bed that was quite comfy! Two televisions and free wifi also! There were plenty of towels for bathing plus two beach towels. There was also a beach bag that I used daily and several beach chairs and umbrellas. Truly...everything you need is supplied in the condo.
Outside of the condo, the beach is about a 30 second walk. Pure heaven. The beach was gorgeous with millions of perfect shells for collecting. We found hermit crabs living on the beach as well and the water temperature was warm. We stayed in August (low season) and there were minimal people on the beach. It was also baby turtle season so all outside lights were kept out facing the ocean. There were also cool little frogs that would come out after the rain as well as geckos and anoles. We also saw a snake one day (for all you afraid of snakes..he was small and this was a one time occurrence although we did search for him again on a daily basis, he could not be found. We thought he was pretty awesome). We spent most of our early mornings in the pool which was also very clean. We had it to ourselves most days (again we were here low season). I would definitely recommend grocery shopping in Fort Myers prior to coming across the causeway due to prices and it costs $6 each time you cross. So stock up before you get here. The island itself has tons of cute little places to eat and there are no major chains here. There are no traffic lights and no neon lights. This place is utterly perfect."
