  • Great family vacation!

"This is our second year staying at Sand Pointe and we had a fabulous time. This condo is really nice, very clean, up-to-date and very well-stocked with everything you could possibly need (including beach towels, hair dryer and everything you could want in the kitchen). It has a great lanai where you can sit and listen to the waves. We would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a lovely get-away."

  • Becky and Sadie

"Seagrape Cottage became home away from home within minutes of arrival. The location is perfect --- short walk to the Gulf beach or the Bay. My dog, Sadie, was welcome and she enjoyed beach walks and bicycle rides. The cottage is located on the east end within walking distance of Lighthouse Cafe, few shops, and ice cream & deli. Most resturants are within biking distance, best way to get around. The Triller was a fun boat ride, which I recommend. The island is paradise - - - sun, sand, shells, birds, dolphins, good resturants, bicycling, and relaxation . The cottage was comfortable and clean with plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Family and friends joined me throughout the month and the cottage was still comfortable when there were four of us. Kitchen is well equipped. Washer and dryer was a blessing. Beach chairs, lawn chairs and picnic table were provided for enjoying the beach, shelling and relaxing outside. I would definitely come back next March if the cottage was available."

  • Does NOT Get Any Better!

"I am a single working professional woman who desperately needed the right getaway. After researching several options, I chose Vicky and Paul's place. Although I live in Florida, Sanibel Island is always a beautiful option for a "staycation". The main reason I chose this place was the view...but since I've been here, I realize there's so much more. The condo is truly a home away from home. I arrived just 10 minutes before sunset. I desperately wanted to catch that view so I immediately grabbed my bottle of wine and found the wine cork without issue! I caught the sunset and it was truly the best start to my vacation. There are no words to describe the view of the sunset from the lanai. This home is comfortable; and coming from a person was severe neck and back issues… I was so incredibly grateful for the thought behind the furniture and the choice of bed. The property is quiet and serene. There are several amenities within walking distance and within a short drive. The access to the spa was truly helpful as I enjoyed a couple of services as well as the facility itself. Everything that you could ever need is here!! This has been by far the most relaxing and rejuvenating trip I have had in several years. I will be back!"

  • A little piece of Island Paradise

"My husband and I stayed at the cottage for three nights. We have not been to Sanibel Island for many many years. Considering we only live two hours away. With that said I think we have found the best place to stay on the island. The cottage is so cute and decorated well. It is centrally located to just about everything you may need. Everything for the beach is right at hand & I love that you can leave all your wet things right at the front door before entering. The bikes could use a little update but, served the purpose. Kurt the owner was more than helpful with any questions we had. My only disappointment was that I made breakfast every morning and thought that we would have at least the basic spices ie: salt, pepper, foil, plastic wrap, etc. I thought it would be more of a stocked kitchen. With that said I would highly recommend this adorable cottage for anyone looking for some peace and quite and relaxation. Oh and one more thing that we so enjoyed was the pool just steps from the door. So if your looking to enjoy some "Island Time" you will not be disappointed."
