  • Awesome vacation rental!

"My family thoroughly enjoyed our two weeks on Sanibel. The condo was even better in person than shown in the pictures. It was extremely clean, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well appointed (without a doubt the most completely equipped of any condo I have ever stayed in), the lanai was large and perfectly situated for taking in the beautiful sunsets, the location relative to everything on the island was ideal and the parking was extremely convenient. I could go on and on, but I will just say that I would not have changed anything!"

  • Has everything you need!

"Frequent visitor to the SW Florida Area and often to Sanibel. We sought out a place on the southern edge of Sanibel where you can see both a Sunrise and a Sunset by just taking a few strides down the beach. Many of the places in this location can get a little busy this time of year. The Island Beach Club was a quiet well kept place whose patios face mostly outward which ads to the quiet as well. The condo was fabulous. Newly decorated and seems to have everything you need. The kitchen is well appointed, and has new appliances (ice maker, cold water dispenser in the fridge, coffee maker etc). They furnished beach chairs, sun umbrellas, and pool noodles for the kids too. The only thing you might have to remember to grab at the store are spices for cooking but that you won't find in any condo. The owners were very professional and responsive and left us a note along with a large book of Sanibel ideas on the coffee table. Right on the bike path, a short ride from any side of the island, including the lighthouse, the kayaks, Ding Darling or Captiva. We hope to come back again soon"

  • Beautiful spacious condo in perfect location

"It was only 2 of us so more than enough room, but would be very comfortable for a family with any ages or two couples even. Spacious, open concept condo with very tasteful updates in a great location. This was our 1st trip to Sanibel, but loved the location close to the causeway and out of the busiest spots on the island. The photos are accurate and the view is just like shown but more beautiful. Lots of extras provided inthe condo with ample cooking utensils, pans, small appliances, etc. Also, a large selection of beach toys, chairs and even beach towels. The complex was very quiet, clean, and family friendly and the owner checked to make sure all was good even though she had a property management company. The pride shows in this condo and we do hope to return again."

  • Excellent family vacation

"This beachfront condo was the perfect landing spot for our vacation. We had 6 adults in our stay, and have multiple family members within an hours drive. This condo accommodated a couple family lunches so well. It made everyone comfortable with all seating being together with a beach view without being on top of each other. The retractible room divider to make a 3rd bedroom out of the front living area is a genius design...allowing our "sleep late" crowd to sleep late while others are up an around. A big shout out to the high end washer/dryer. Very convenient. The wide opening patio doors to the lanai just opened things up so well it gave us the full beachfront experience. A couple tips....May is an awesome month weather wise and less crowds, traffic (which can be a challenge on the island)...bring beach shoes or sandals as the beach is very shelly, not a good barefoot beach...don't bring a lot of beach stuff as the owners have their locker/closet stocked with all you need (beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, pool toys, bikes)...be mindful that the adjacent Sundial resort area amenities don't extend to condo renters. Highly recommended and certainly on our list for a return trip."
