Very nice home...perfect for a relaxing get-a-way!
"My husband and I were looking for a place where we could simply relax and recharge and this home was absolutely perfect. The location was in close proximity to our favorite beach and within walking distance to St. Armand's Circle where we could shop, enjoy a meal, or just have a drink or two. The private lanai with pool was the best place to relax after a day at the beach. It was so nice having a home to return to instead of a cold hotel room.
The house was well appointed with everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, dishes, and utensils. The hardwood floors and decorative molding gave the home a lot of character and charm. It was also very well maintained and clean.
I would recommend this home to anyone that is looking for a comfortable, quiet, centrally located home in the St. Armand's Circle area. Shopping and restaurant options are well within walking distance as well as beach and kayaking access.
Rolayne and Gary made the rental experience very easy and they were very responsive to our questions. I am always a little nervous renting online because you never know what you might end up with. You can rest assured that this home lives up to the positive reviews and pictures that are included on this site. I would definitely rent this property again. We had the best week! Thanks Rolayn and Gary!"

"We love this house, neighborhood, the bubbly and efficient property manager and responsive owner. We stayed for 2 weeks in April and the whole month of December in 2014. The house is very comfortable, completely equipped and much better looking in real life than in the photos. The yard is perfect for our dogs and the neighborhood a friendly place to trot them around. The neighborhood doubles as a bird sanctuary; beautiful beautiful birds sing and play. In December a Bald Eagle stopped by. This is a really great home, welcoming in every way, a definite must stay."

"This is the perfect place to stay if you want to experience all that Sarasota has to offer. It's on a quiet side street that's minutes away from Burns Court, with its one-of-a-kind restaurants, shops, and art movie theater. The historic Laurel Park residential district is less than a block away (great for walks), and the Towles Court arts community, bayfront park, Selby Gardens, and downtown -- with all of its cultural and fun activities -- are within a short walk. Access to major roads is a snap, too, and you have a reserved parking spot. The condo complex is small and beautifully maintained, and this unit is tastefully, comfortably furnished. The two spacious bedrooms have lots of closet space and their own bathrooms -- they are separated by a hallway that affords good privacy. The master bedroom overlooks a lovely pool and the Hudson Bayou, which is also visible from the kitchen. We felt well taken care of by Dan and Maureen, who provide many thoughtful extras, such as laundry soap and paper goods as well as amenities like beach chairs and towels. As the weather was cool this year, we spent a lot of outdoor reading time on the unit's two balconies rather than on the beach -- enjoying the beauty around us. Our small dog lved our stay as well; Sarasota is a pet-friendly city. Our neighbors in the complex were friendly and respectful. Our small dog loved our stay as well; he was comfortable in the condo, and Sarasota is a pet-friendly city. We felt fortunate to be there and plan to return next year!"

"Our family arrived a day early and were blessed with permission to sleep that evening rather than find a hotel at 9:30 at night. We had two little children along and they found the place a great place to wonder around. The house had all the accomodations we needed, was close to the beach and was clean and is tastefully decorated. Veronica was gracious to us and we want to recommend the house to persons we know that vacation in Sarasota."
